Check in was very easy. We arrived a bit too early, so the room was not ready for us. But once we came back at the normal check in time, everything was great. Very friendly staff.

Well, I checked in on Friday went to my room noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working and they accommodated me another room right away. I was very happy.

Bring back the old manager! The new one hired her live in boyfriend as the assistant manager and they are terrible at their job. She is officious without the skills or abilities to back it up and the place is suffering. The towels are filthy and unsanitary and some of the rooms smell of decomposing bodies. Fire her already and bring back Aaron. The prison tattoos do nothing to give one hope she can be effective in a lay setting.

There was no hot water. We were informed at check in that they were having plumbing issues & that there was no hot water in the entire property until further notice. The hot water did come back on Sunday late morning as we were checking out. Also I booked 2 rooms. 1st room smelled like marijuana really bad so I asked to have them switch our rooms. The other room didn’t smell but had a non-working blow dryer & iron.

Room was ckean but very basic. No microwave, no shampoo, conditioner no coffee maker or refrigerator. We were just here for one night. The hot water was not working but they did call us to ask if we wanted to cancel the room but it was fine.

Room door didn't close completely and there were lots of flies inside the room. The first time we had to bring in a fly swatter. Swimming pool was completely non-functioning and filthy. Parking was good and close by.

I've stayed here before for quick business trips, but this was the first time I did not feel safe. There were several dodgy looking guys wandering around the hotel. In the morning I left my curtain open a crack and one kept going backward and forward outside my room. Plus this area is sadly full of homeless. Not staying in this location again.

The dirty walk ways were the first thing we noticed. Then the door to laundry and vending machines was not only broken but just a hole where the lock should have been. We were concerned for our safety and foamy belongings we had in the room while we walked to dinner. Our bed cover had a small cigarette burn but the staff assured me the bed had been washed and was clean. Some of the clientele walking around at the hotel were downright scary; Lots of tattoos, pants worn around their bottoms and not their waist. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate my request for extra towels an extra pillow, however they said they didn’t have extra pillows. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I did not like the parking fee, although small, I rather not pay a seperate fee. With that said, I unintentionally left my jewelry when I checked out and the housekeeper founded and returned it. That service is invaluable. Thank you.

Overall property needs upgrades and fixing. carport had a huge hole, water puddles in the hallways and broken fixtures

Overall the experience was fine but now M6 charges a fee to park there I was not expecting such charge.

For the price not bad.

There was only one clerk at the desk to check people in, with a line going out the door. Surprise added fee of $5 per night for parking. Neighborhood is EXTREMELY sketchy, with homeless people and shopping carts everywhere. Hotel should have an armed security guard.

It's okay for the price! Staff were friendly and helpful, but the walls were incredibly thin. You'll hear walking, banging, and wheels rolling at all hours of day and night. AC vent was dripping, door handles were broken or finicky, and they were consistently out of coffee in the morning. Again, for the price, this is probably what you'd expect.

The staff was friendly at check in. I was surprised that a $5.00 parking fee per night was required. The amount of homeless people wondering around the property was not expected. Rooms where fairly clean beds are normal motel 6 quality. I'd say the stay was fair.

Was pretty decent for the price

Stayed at this locations a few times before and not bad for a budget place. In the past stay the area has changed and it felt very unsafe. There were shady men drinking beer in the walkways.

Do yourself a favour and spend the extra $70-100 to stay at different motel. I understand it’s a motel 6, however it is almost 120 degrees in the desert and the air conditioning was turned off at night.

Be careful when you book Motel 6 in Palm Springs. This is the old one that has lots of late night activity (who knows what?) and pretty tatty. Check out the one farther north that has been renovated.
