Don’t stay there on Sunday. Restaurant and bar are closed, as is a lot of Appleton. Room is dark, and lighting only helps marginally. Don’t expect breakfast, either. Parking is less than ideal, although doable.

Friendly staff with no wait to check in, you do have to park in a parking garage that is not very far from the hotel. But it is well worth the stay. It is a very clean and welcoming hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

The parking situation is not for the elderly or disabled. The staff was courteous and sympathetic once inside the hotel, that did not help the long walk with luggage from the garage to the hotel, and no offer of assistance when we left. The room was small for two people to move around in.
The best part of our experience was the hot tub.
If you are elderly or disabled you should have someone with you to help you.
If you have no mobility issues you will probably enjoy your stay.

The location was perfect! The Farmer's Market was steps away and all sorts of restaurants, bars and coffee shops were right outside. The bed was comfortable and you must try on their robe! It was like BUTTER. Will definitely be back.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff most friendly. Nice to park the car and walk to everything downtown Appleton has to offer. Will be staying here again.

I made a reservation the evening before my anticipated stay. My plans changed and I wanted to change my dates. Because I had made a reservation that could only be changed or cancelled 24 hours b4 my stay (it was booked less than that) the hotel needed to waive the cost so I could rebook. They refused. I’ve never had a hotel do that. I won’t book here again. I hope the one night’s fee was worth the many future nights they won’t get.

It was a beautiful hotel didn’t get to view the whole hotel due to the 4 th of July holidays restaurant was closed and bar was closed but I’ll catch it next time very lovely hotel

Front desk host wasn’t very friendly which doesn’t make a good first impression - very short when I asked question- suggest having a few complimentary waters in room

Bedding was sweaty every morning. Don’t know why, I’m not a sweater. Shower tub leaked every time.

Great property with excellent restaurant/bar on property. Convenient location walkable to coffee shops, other local businesses and attractions. Parked overnight at the garage adjacent to the hotel for $6. The place is a good value. It’s rated 3 stars, but should be 4.

Best boutique hotel just mins walk from the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. And yes, you will be on College Ave, the main artery of downtown attractions.

The property was priced at a premium, and the amenities were limited. We were not told of construction happening in the lobby when we booked. Parking is a public garage offsite with no connecting doors or walkways and no valet service. I didn’t not feel safe walking half a block to my car at night to the parking garage if something was needed. The staff was not super helpful or accommodating. Lots of rules that aren’t in place at most hotels.

The location on College Avenue is great for walking to restaurants, shops and to Lawrence University. The hotel was very quiet, the beds are comfy and everything was super clean. The whirlpool was wonderful! I really appreciated the free Uber to the airport.

Everything was excellent. But do know many local restaurants including Rye are closed on Sundays. Parking is in garage behind hotel.

It was a very nice place to stay. If we’d been there longer than one night I would have asked for a room with a better view. Our only view were several large air handlers a few feet from our windows, along with a brick wall.

Spent the night so we could watch a comedy show, me and my partner for the most part walked everywhere we went comedy show, coffee shop, art museum. Still weird to charge for the treats separately but all in all very nice stay.

This hotel was wonderful - great location, incredibly nice staff at the front desk, and delicious restaurant (Rye) downstairs.
Our only complaint is about the room directly above us because they paced back and forth and sounded like they were moving furniture until 3am but that's not the hotel's fault!
Parking garage is directly behind the hotel and easy to access. Rooms were clean and the mini bar had a great selection! We will definitely book again.

The front desk was very helpful and check in a breeze. I was a little disappointed I had to park the car in the parking ramp next door and then tote my luggage from the parking ramp. The room was wonderful, spacious and clean. They do not offer any kind of free breakfast. The location of the hotel is great. I would stay here again.
