Basic room, clean and comfortable. AC ran cold all night. Dennys next door.

My tv wouldn't work correctly. I requested a replacement, they checked it out and replaced it within the hour.
Rooms need minor repair improvements. the heater doesn't work and it's winter.

It was a good stay except, they gave us a room that was already occupied. That could be a little scary because you never know who’s there. Fortunately the guest was ok when we tried to enter.

Cheap and convenient place to stay! Relatively clean. Quiet and felt safe. Dennys is just across the street for a quick breakfast!

Extremely clean, large room, right off the freeway. Microwave and fridge in the room. Would absolutely book this hotel again

Very clean. Everything was working. Lots of parking. Denny's right beside it. Cheap price gas station nearby. Love this laid back location. Very relaxing.

A domestic violence incident broke out in front of my room. Now, I can see why they require deposits.

They would not let me stay I made review the worker at the front would not accept my ID, and they refused to let me get a room because of this. I wanted a refund, but I submitted it through Expedia and did not get a response. My phone number is 4422145395.

The bitter person at the front cancelled on me, without offering any help… It looks like she’s sick, and hopefully she’ll die soon

I like the non smoking clean room, unfortunate it felt more like a 1 night stay of 2 due to a late check in which I tried to avoid by requesting an early check in courtesy for business and declined. The vicinity area is rough which probably explains the tough tone of the staff, other than that all else is fine.

Although I paid for the hotel, they asked me for a deposit when I arrived. I did not stay in the hotel

The property was nice only dislike was that the pool was extremely small about 4 feet. I did have to call the front desk because of people outside the room being noisy around 2 am . A few minutes afterwards it was quiet I appreciated the staff for their help in the situation. Nice size rooms for the price.

I had a wonderful house keeping lady that went above n beyond her name was valeen n she was amazing friendly n super helpful the rest of the staff was wonderful and accommodating as well I was very happy overall

Our room was dirty with a nasty smell. The towels were dirty and not properlystored as of someone had just used it. We were missing pillows as well.

The employees there are really great. I only had a problem with my bathroom sink that kept clogging up. There's a Denny's right next door which is really convenient.

Staff was professional and courteous. Due to an tech outage they had to use a key to open the door and once in the room we had no card to get back in unless we ask the front desk. This caused a long wait to get our room but the staff explained the situation and continually apologized for the inconvenience.
