The person on staff Sergio was very nice and accommodating!

Surprisingly very good, clean, amenities, location,

no amenities: (only as small bar of soap); no tissues, thin blanket (AC set a 64 deg and freezing at night); window shade opened with no privacy screen (1st floor); desk attendant unwilling to grant us 20 minutes early to change for a wedding. (we had to check in after the wedding at 11 pm)

Efficient customer service

A late night check in was quick and easy. The reception area was opened, not through a small window outside. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. I am finding a large varience in Motel 6. This facility is good. The last Motel 6 I stayed was terrible with a broken toliet and dirty sheets. I think this must be inconsistent management between various properties.

I had called the hotel that I booked through hotels.com. I asked to reserve a particular room, he reserved it for me, when I got there to check in that room was unavailable, apparently the person booked another night.. I did get another room but I don't think it was as good as the one I would have gotten. Very disappointed, the checkout staff is very rude, and the place isn't very clean. The pictures are deceptive.

Had to wait to get into room due to my enough housekeeping staff. Took 3 times to get sure key to work. No basic amenities liked coffee maker except in lobby at checkout. Vending machines out of order, extremely noisye in parking little and the people above and next door were most. Poor lighting. It was only for a night but I would never stay there again. Only went because I had 67 dollars in credit from Expedia, at full price definitely not worth it!

We thought it seemed ok. A little crowded. New vinyl flooring. No shampoo or hair dryer, and the towels are awful, rough and thin. For $169 per night they should at least include shampoo! It was close to the freeway so we could hear that.

Staff was super friendly and very clean!

The room next door to us with a connecting door smelled like marijuana our entire stay i had my kids with me but what can u expect from a motel 6.

Moving forward we will request a room closer to the office due to the fact that those who actually reside at this hotel are the Dregs of society and are not the type in many ways that traveler's feel comfortable spending the night with.

The room was alright had a weird funky smell on the old side over priced and bed was uncomfortable not sure we’ll be back. It was pet friendly that’s the only reason why we stayed there.

First of all if your a single female i woukd not recommend. Some people hanging around outside were not comforting. I will say the bed was comfy. The towels are not plush but its a motel 6. Floors coukd use a better mopping. I slept fine through the night.

Our toilet flooded the room and all they said was they were sending the maintenance guy once we checked out. And if we wanted to talk to a manager we had to come back at 1200 after we checked out.

Average and that’s not a bad thing. It’s a Motel 6 and we got what we paid for. We were appreciative to find a room for a spur of the moment trip during spring break. The front desk staff was friendly and the bedding and towels were mid quality. There is Dennys next door and motel is near freeway for easy access to other options.

The unit was clean and updated. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The sheets and towels were scratchy. The last night there was a person in the unit next to me who yelled the f-word until 2am and then again at 8am. Being a female traveling alone, I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. The price was good and I feel it was comparable to the conditions. I wish there were Do Not Disturb signs available.

Friendly staff

It’s a Motel 6 located in one of Los Angeles most expensive areas but even as moderately priced as it was; the rooms quality was substandard. The artificial wood flooring was warped from water damage and the air conditioner controls were were in a damaged condition that couldn’t display the heating tor cooling or fan functions. The e figured it out by elimination. Immediately outside our first floor room was the designated smoking area and truthfully, NO SMOKING should be allowed on property. It was an awful smell to get hit in the face every morning while going for a cup of coffee in the office (which was quite good!) Sadly, the front desk lady clerk projected a disdainful attitude when asked if there was coffee half/half but the gentleman clerk was alternately very kind to give us a hair dryer. We were visiting nearby family and chose the location for our convenience and cost.
