Rented a room for 16 days at Motel 6 Youngtown Az. Not one day did I have room service. I had to go to the laundry room to get my own towels. No toilet papare ever given. No change of sheets. The bathroom sink was always leaking. Checked out 1 day early. I have yet to see a refund. Never will we stay there again.

Room was clean and tv worked. There was no microwave or fridge in our room. At first, I thought the shower was cool as that is different from other locations, but once inside you will discover it is quite cramped. Additionally, you will hear the train during the night. Thankfully it didn’t last very long. I do think it was a little overpriced.

I stay at Motel 6 because you know what to expect. This was NOT a good one. The beds were in horrible shape. One of them was so bad you could feel the springs as it sank in. Once you got in it was worse because you couldn't roll out easily. The room was to small to be offering it as a 2 beds room. The beds were pushed against the walls. The bad bed was pushed up against the A/C unit so was cold and noisy. The bathroom seemed dingy and was dirty. Said something to 2 different employees and nothing was said or done.

Very disappointing and disorganized. At check in the key cards issued weren’t operational, not once, not twice but three times, I finally had to request that the staff member try and open the door with the cards bed she realized that the cards didn’t work! Then they misplaced the second day of the reservation and attempted to check out a day earlier than reserved. If I could have gotten a refund I would have left.

First of all been in Arizona we were check in out side because they did not let us coming inside the lounge and it was 115 degree second they told me that I have to paid N I told them and they went and check out taking 10 minutes outside with the heat stuff not really friendly. The AC I couldn’t put it in different setting. The property he has so much noise that we couldn’t sleep. We check out at 5 am and drove back terrible experience.

Mattress worn out, no amenities except ice bucket and small bar of soap. Not safe to walk to get ice. Lot of foot traffic.

The rates went once I got there. They told me the rates can change at anytime. And also I booked a room with refrigator and microwave and they told me it cost extra.

The waiting at the front desk was fabulous! She was helpful and courteous and even walk me to my room to help me open the door. Being disabled I sometimes have issues when I stay at hotels. However my room was very accommodating with plenty of space. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels plastic cups and things of that nature. The only downside to my stay there was that two doors down there was a gentleman that's sat and stared at me when I was outside so I was a little uncomfortable. But all in all this was a wonderful relaxing place to stay.

Worst hotel/motel experience of my entire life. Room was dirty. You may as well be sleeping on a train platform. The train came through six times and was very liberal with use of the train horn when passing by. There was a fight in the middle of the night in the parking lot. People carrying on and being loud until I finally lost it and walked outside at 2:00am and told them to shut up. Drug deals in the parking lot at midnight. The A/C did not work. The sink was leaking. Water damage to the walls in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. Only one pillow per person here. This place should be demolished.

My husband, son and I stayed there for four nights. It is very close to a train track and off of a freeway. There was a lot of noise from both trains and traffic. The entrance to the motel was not clear from the road. I chose the hotel because it was close to family and relatively inexpensive.

The area around seemed a little sketchy and not well lit. The beds were terrible, one felt like it might have had an elephant sleeping in it.

Bed was terrible, wooden chairs came from a food court, no shampoo conditioner, no microwave, no tissue , let us not forget the train across the street, blasting through 3 times a night. Also, could not get refund for checking out 1 night early.

My room smelled like smoke and it was very dated. I was surprised because it had better reviews than most.

Sketchy people in parking lot, the non smoking room smelled like pot and cigarettes. Did not feel safe- ended up going somewhere else. Lobby to front desk locked and you could only talk to the clerk through the night window- that should tell you something.

Nothing unique about this place. In a poor neighborhood, railway tracks across the road. The worst thing is Expedia said they helped us out but didn’t cost an extra night at the hotel.

Worst mattress ever , Property is right on the train tracks and train sounds its horn when it goes by all night, and on top of that it's right next to a military air base so they have fly overs every 20 minutes all day long that shakes the windows....
