Only good thing was the ease of booking and check in. Rooms are way smaller than the picture makes it seem. Only a ‘grab n go’ breakfast deal. We did not get offered any towels/toilet paper or anything after our first nights stay. Before checking out, we asked for towels at the front office about 9:30 and was told to wait for the room service people to come by, never came. We had to go search for them to get towels. Then front office was calling the room about 11:30am asking when we were leaving when we had barely got towels at 11:00am and 4 people had to shower/get ready. And worst of all, while laying in the bed we there was a small roach crawling on the blankets!! Save your money/time for another motel/hotel, do not stay here.

Overall 0/10 to keep it simple one of the worst stays and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This specific location needs to be searched for bugs and lacks cleanliness

At check in, i was exhausted from a very long day of travel (it was about 11:15 pm). The staff member who checked me in requested the license plate number of my vehicle, which I didn't know from memory. I told him I'd parked the car on the opposite side of the property, a long walk away from the office, and he required me to walk back to the vehicle then back to the office then, of course, back to the actual room he assigned me. Given he's in the "hospitality industry", he could've easily taken five minutes to walk over to the vehicle with me and saved me the three unnecessary "back & forth" trips, but he had absolutely no interest in assisting (there were other staff members in the office at that time as well). I went and got the information he forced me to deliver and let him know that I am a frequent business traveler - I stay in the DFW region for at least one week per month - every month - and that he did not need to worry about me EVER staying in his hotel again.

Glad we only stayed there one night

Check in staff was very polite. The morning staff has zero courtesy and started talking so loud, almost yelling, that it woke me mid sleep. I have trouble falling asleep to begin with, so being awoken by them at nearly 6am made for a rough 5 hour drive home with very little comfortable sleep.

It has a quite environment and the facilities are clean and functional. The staff were very receptive and responsive.

Got bed bugs from the stay smell of cigarettes and i contracted covid while staying there

I flew from Cabada to this. Staff rude and threaten me to call the cops because i was not able to check in even ihv already paid online with Expedia because my card didnt have my nane on it, i showed them my passport and ID but still refuse,my name was on their system and showed that i paid, dumbest thing i heard, ihve been charge with no refund from them or expedia. They told me the money will be refund because i didnt check in and never happen. PLEASE DONT GO THERE for the same price i find better with better service

The stuff

We did not end up staying at the property. Requested 1st floor. Was told no 1st floor available. Then was put in a 1st floor that was dirty. Got a room change that was cleaner but looked like was in the middle of a remodel & couldn't get hot water for shower. Offered for us to try a 3rd room but we left instead since it was late & had been traveling for over 12 hrs. Staff was somewhat friendly & attempted to be helpful. But wasnt going to try a 3rd room to be able to get 1 that was acceptable.

This place was clean and organized. A great place for a lower class affordable hotel stay. Good room, pool, next to freeway and only a mile from cowboys and rangers stadiums. I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Days Inn and Suites on Randall Rd in Arlington, Texas was pleasant especially due to the efficient, friendly and polite staff. We checked in at 11:00 pm Friday night and stayed overnight in an attractive, cozy, very comfortable room with a private bath and vanity, mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The room had everything that we needed plus more. Everything was spotless and all of the sparkling white linens appeared brand new and of very good hotel quality. Our continental breakfast was cleverly and attractively placed in a small white gift bag and it contained fruit juice, a large blueberry muffin and a fresh orange. Freshly brewed coffee and tea where in the office area and also in our room. Only caveat: The traffic from the nearby highway made it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep most unfortunately, though.

Very uncomfortable with the people hanging out in the parking lot. The mircowave look like it blew up and it should have been replaced. The shower took a while to kick in gear to work.
