This hotel (I mean motel) yes, it’s a motel, not a hotel, and that’s CLEAR! Went here on gameday vs Boise state because it was the cheapest available but still $200 bucks. It’s cheap for a reason. Saw a dirty bowl underneath the bed from someone else, woke up with a long strand of hair in my mouth that wasn’t mine that was left on the sheets. Tv didn’t work and no soaps or shampoo for the pity of a shower that there was which hardly comes out and is too short. Good thing that I was so drunk to care how bad the motel was and just crashed. Don’t get this hotel unless u plan on being black out drunk after a ducks game.

This is the second time we were put upstairs and we have bad legs making stairs painful and very difficult.

ok, barebones, no refrig or microwave. tv would have been nice with a program guide, it had hbo and good stations but had to flip thru each channel then wait for the commercial to end to see what was on

Girlfriend sprained her ankle on their broken stairs, when we asked to switch rooms to a bottom floor unit we were told they are completely sold out. The place didnt seem sold out so we creaked and there were rooms available still, multiple websites showed. We were forced to leave so we did not even stay here. Unfortunately some of our belongings were even left behind. Terrible experience.

No refrigerator. No microwave. Not good for I am diabetic. Was not informed such appliances were not available at this location. The guy just said some rooms are not equipped with refrigerator. There was a constant “running water” noise. The room had a musty odor when I opened the door… which I got accustomed to once the a/c kicks in.

Terrible!! Did not have our rooms even clean at check in. They told us we would have our rooms ready by the time we got back from our event-coming back at midnight they told us they had given our rooms away (we had two children with us as well!). The woman did not show good support or customer service. We had already paid $300 for two rooms. We had to leave and go hotel hunting at midnight! Also very sketchy place and didn't feel very safe. Do not recommend.

Room door was open when we arrived, cleaning materials left in the room, blood stains (or hopefully red hair dye) on the bathroom floor, we were unsure if the cleaner had just been abducted. The check-in was behind bullet-proof glass. Don’t recommend. However, the woman at the check in was helpful and not rude despite the situation.

I will say the staff at check in was nice. But when it came to our room, not so much. Our first encounter on our way to the room, was with a old, run down, motor home that someone was obviously living in, parked right across from our room. But we decided to let that go. The room however, smelled like urine, and after seeing what looked like an animal having been locked in the bathroom due to the scratching and gnawing around the inside of the door, it was pretty clear why it smelled like that. Because we had been driving for 10 plus hours and were exhausted, we decided to tough it out for the night. I was in town to be with my brother who was passing away and I really needed some rest for the next couple emotional days that were coming. But the rest unfortunately didn't happen as the AC unit was rattling all night long, like something was wrong with it. Not to mention the room next us had their TV on really loud the entire night and people talking and partying. The next day we spoke with the front desk and told them about everything and they said they would get back to us later and put us in a different room. But that was the last we ever heard about it. My wife stayed at the Motel while I was with my brother and she let them know she would be there when they were ready. She even checked back in with them, so it wasn't like they couldn't get in touch with us. I will be back in the area for my brother's memorial Labor Day weekend, but I will not be staying here again.

Wanted to be on ground floor so we were downgraded w/o fridge to accommodate that requirement

Brian was friendly and quick. The rest of the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Didn't provide towels or toilet paper

I had been driving all day by the time I checked in to get my motel room. I had arrived about 15 min early. The room wasn't ready yet, I had to wait till 3pm. I like Motel 6, and will continue to stay at them in the future. The Springfield location isn't as nice as some that I've been to, but the room was clean, comfortable, and I slept nicely.

Staff was excellent, room was clean. The rooms are divided by a door that does not block sound at all. The first night we had guests with dogs and they were yappers. Twice in the middle of the night they started barking. On night two, little kids replaced the dogs. The curtains in the room, though they covered the view, they did not block the LED lights that the motel had all over their hallways. The room was never dark enough or quiet enough for a good night sleep.

We had no microwave, very upsetting, smelt not great outside

The room smelled terrible. Water in the shower never got warm. TV was dark and you couldn’t see anything. Lights by the tv would randomly turn on and off

Everything went smoothly! The staff was great! The only thing I would say could be better but this is more of the dog owners is cleaning up after your dog. The motel itself and staff was awesome! Well worth the money!
