Hotel was not nearly as nice as other SpringHill suites I’ve stayed in. Front desk lady at night was very short and just kept repeating herself even tho I had specific questions . Pool was not heated . Overall still not bad but no where near the quality of many Springhill suites .

Clean area & quiet. doors were locked upon arrival & we kept pushing the button & no one came, finally a person who was in the lobby got someone for us. The next morning we asked for fresh towels as we were leaving for the day. When we got back in the evening, no fresh towels, had to ask again. We had 5 people & they provided 4 towels. The waffle batter was very watery & the waffles kept collapsing during cooking & came out like pancakes.

Someone in their staff left my door open. Hotel said they reccomend any other hotel after I complained of bad service being lied to about my room being entered. The room never got cleaned or did we get asked if we needed anything. Tub was broke an wouldnt drain properly. Someones flonase was left on guest bed. Dont like honest reviews i guess.

We stayed for two nights, had a great time, enjoyed the pool, liked the closeness to the airport and other amenities. My absolute only complaint is that the bedside table is so big you cannot open the closet door to access the closet. Not a deal breaker but it is a thing. It was like this in both of the rooms our family stayed in.

Very close to the airport, so very convenient. Very friendly staff, and late check in is convenient, however the shuttle service is only operational till 11:00 PM. Clean room and beds.

The hotel has friendly and efficient staff. The lobby was clean. The breakfast was what you expect. I really enjoyed the oatmeal bar and the beds were comfortable. Things that we noticed about the room: the door wouldn't unlock consistently. It could take more than 5 taps of the key card to open. The shower had small areas of mold growing and the water didn't drain while taking a shower. There was also a carpet stain. We stayed for two nights. If it had been a longer stay I might have asked for another room.

Room was spacious and accommodated our family just fine with the pull out trundle bed. The continental breakfast was excellent!! The pool hours were great! We would stay again!!

For the price, the stay was as expected. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfy. The pool was small and NOT heated, but still a nice amenity. Breakfast was very basic. Very convenient to the airport.

I liked being close to main transportation arteries...planes,cars, even boats.
What my husband and I found objectionable was the lack of handicap bathroom facilities. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get a room because of the lack of cleaning crew. We accepted a room and my husband fell in the tub and backward onto the toilet. I fell off off the toilet face first over the edge of the tub.

Two of four night, no place to park. I parked at neighboring hotel

The mattress had a big dip in the middle. I didn’t call front desk as it was too late by then. Next morning when I call the front desk to explain, the response was ‘okay’. I had to be behind it asking over and over and got a new room. It was a hassle to change rooms in between like that.
It’s not only that, I am more upset because there was no way that maintenance crew didn’t see that. It was very obvious. Also the tub had a dip in the middle and water stays in there too.
Not just providing us a crappy room, no one ever apologized and I had to request 4 times to get another room.
In the new room, the toilet flush needs some work. Hold it until everything flushes down or else it won’t flush.

Only one very slow elevator which made getting to your roof difficult and slow. Breakfast was pretty low quality. Newer property and pool was nice. Not a lot of restaurants or amenities nearby.

Convenient location. Great for families with young kids. Ours had fun in the pool and enjoyed the daily breakfast. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Will stay again.
