The price is good for the service as well as they except both my service dogs and their size!

Love it here. Will always try to get a room here. They accept both my medium to large size dogs for free and I love it!

Lights were out and the only room available with two beds not horrible but not what I’m use to either.

There was roaches in the room and rest room

I’ve stayed here at this hotel before and it was not good. Didn’t smell good but. I am so glad that I did get a room here. It was very nice and clean and very inviting so I’m very pleased with my stay.

Motel 6 Duncanville is the place to stay! Very quiet for travelers who need sleep

The stay was wonderful. Clean motel6 . The only Motel 6 I feel comfortable staying at.

Hands down the best motel 6 i ever been to tbh , stayed here multiple times and still do . The staff is crazy friendly never ruin to anyone👍, not once have i seen any bugs in any parts of the room and building .. it STAYS CLEAN literally . The last visit I notice 1 tiny hole on the top sheet due someone careless smoking which totally didnt bother me because stuff happens you know but other than that i totally highly recommend this hotel😃 so for your moneys worth this is the one!!!

The property was convenient and several restaurants were within walking distant. The 4*** rating was based on hair that found in the bathtub and sink upon arrival.

Horrible had to listen to a baby screaming next door for 2 days it was not fun and couldn't sleep at all the location is bad you had people walking around outside the rooms we won't be back

Terrible customer service!! Very rude!!

I like this place but there's a problem with noise. A neighbor decided they needed to listen to music at 1:30 am. I called the front desk. I was polite in description of situation. At least 30 minutes went by before music subsided. An hour later it started back up I called again. 5 minutes later it stopped. After that I didn't get back to sleep until much later. I will likely avoid this location in the future. (I reserved 6 nights but have since cancelled.)

Property is nice a quiet and enjoyed my stay. Close to dining.

Minimum facilities in rooms-no microwave or tea/coffee maker/ The area looked a bit run down, with cops frequently cruising around.....few homeless near the property.

It’s what Motel 6 is known for. Clean, Spartan accommodations. Our rest room lacked a counter where toiletries could be placed. We used the only chair with legs that stuck out so far that we tripped on them constantly. The room was clean. The bed passably comfortable. The lock on our door failed to unlock three or four times, usually around 10 pm. The person on duty had to use a master key to let us in. As you might expect with a low priced motel, the walls were thin and the tenants loud. Of course, the loud tenants are not the fault of the motel. They just tend to go there.

The security at this property was outstanding They run a "tight ship" and do not put up with any BS which makes it better and safer for everyone staying there. I had a very relaxing extended stay there. Another thing I really appreciated was the cleanliness of this particular Motel 6. They regularly washed blankets, bedspreads & shower curtains. I have stayed at many more expensive motels and I am always repulsed that they do not regularly wash blankets if at all. I rate this Motel above nany ither higher priced Motels.

My family saw this hotel online and it looked pretty clean,well organized and safe so we booked here! The guy that checked us in was rude. Once we received the keys to the room it smelled like a room that was closed up a long time and when we awakened the next morning my granddaughter was bit all in the face by bed bugs
