the only thing I can complain is for asking an app taxi like Bolt I need to go walking until train station because they can’t access to the hotel. I needed to pay the double by a taxi hotel

This is within the Disneyland Paris resort, but think we could have entertained ourselves within the hotel alone. There is lots to see and do and we loved the Marvel theme. The service and food were also outstanding. And, we were pleased to find that the entire staff speaks English.

Beautiful throughout. Clean campus. Nice dining options.

We had a good 3 night stay here, we had no issues with the room or the breakfast, all staff seemed freindly and welcoming, we had no need to make any complaints. The cost of the hotel is high, but i suppose there is a premium to pay for being within the park.

This was an awesome hotel and property!

This hotel is a must for any Marvel fan, from the restaurants / bars to the superhero experience, it is absolutely marvelous. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint and reason I did not give this 5 stars is the late check in of 5:00 p.m. They do hold your items and have them delivered to your room so you can enjoy the parks, but it just seems like an inconvenient check in time if you want to freshen up before heading out. That coupled with a check out at 11:00 a.m. seems like you do not get enough time to enjoy the hotel.

Good clean and nice but room abit small

The rooms were so clean and so fun with the marvel touches in there. The hotel was fillled with awesome marvel pictures and decor. Breakfast buffet was incredible. The location was so close to the park that we went back for a nap before going back to the parks for more rides and fireworks. Pool was also very spacious and fun. Wish it was a little warmer. We loved everything about it and was totally worth it.

Hotel was decent, service and communication between staff was not great. Room was not cleaned at the time we agreed with the hotel.

Incredible hotel , lots to explore and do. The staff were impeccable throughout the stay . Could do with a bit more of a brew kit as supplied mutliple different tea but told id be charged service if i wanted normal tea . However the hotel is perfect location , allows for the magic hour which is really useful. The atomosphere of the hotel really made our trip complete

This hotel is very suitable for people who like heroic movies. Everything was very good. My son celebrated his birthday in the restaurant on the first floor and enjoyed eating birthday cake among everyone's blessings. I personally love Iron Man soap and took a few bars away!

I love it! It was defenitely worth the money. The beds were nice and big and comfortable. The rooms were quiet enough. And it was walkable to the disney parks.

The magic of Disney was quickly taken away when I was asked to open the trunk of car upon arrival. Then there is zero magic or excitement to walk in to a hotel when pushed through a metal detector every time you walk in. Perhaps putting some magic in the arrival like Disney World hotels.

The beds were super comfortable and the showers were great. Plus you can’t beat the location.

A truly amazing hotel for all Marvel fans young and young at heart

Excellent stay, every member of staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful.

All in all a solid hotel, but we honestly expected a little more quality for the price tag. Our showers weren’t working well, the room, although being freshly renivated 2 years ago already showed heavy wear and tear (wallpapers, bathroom, overall cleanliness) It was a great stay, but we will probably stay in another Disney Hotel next time woth a better price/quality ratio than this one. We can therefore not fully recommend to stay here unless you absolutely want to experience the Marvel decor, which after all makes the charme of this hotel.

This was out first visit to Disneyland Paris and my expectations were high, especially for the latest updated hotel. Pros: -Loved the artwork that was everywhere -Skyline bar was very cool with a great hangout vibe -Loved being within walking distance of parks and restaurants/shopping -Cast members at concierge, room service, Manhatten, and Skyline Bar were great -Manhatten room was great from atmosphere, food, and service -Unique Marvel soundtrack Cons -Check-in was a disaster, there was an error with the booking and the cast member a "too bad for you, deal with it" attitude, not great for a 1k per night room. They also needed to charge us extra (only a few euros) and their machine was broken, instead of telling us that they made us think it was our card, then asked for cash, then gave us the wrong change that we caught ourselves. Just messy and not pleasant, and I expected more. -No one could tell us what we had for food packages or tickets. We had different setups for two guests and could only get it resolved by physically going to concierge. -Nothing stays open late in the hotel. At 10pm everyone is trying to get into the skyline bar because nothing else is available. -Room was not clean. The coffee maker was stuck to the counter with some sticky coffee mess, candy was on the floor, and things were not setup (i.e. phone). -Housekeeping were often in the hallways talking really loud and seem unbothered seeing any guests walking by Unfortunately, I woudn't stay again

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel, as you might expect is loaded with Marvel Artwork top to bottom, as well as surprising Marvel touches like at the Skyline Bar. Everything from is first rate.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed the hotel and only wish I had been able to spend more time there - the kids must have kept us in the Parks for over 12 hours each day. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, it was a very short walk to the Parks and the room was a good size for the four of us.

Had the best time. Hotel is lovely and clean with great breakfast a choice for all.

This hotel was AWESOME! Each floor has a superhero with lots of artwork. Really cool, especially for Marvel fans. We loved the photo experience. The breakfast was easy and great food. When we booked, we weren't sure what was included for tickets and half board. We stayed 2 nights and got 3 days of tickets, but they didn't show up in the Disney app until 10 days before. The half board was totally worth it! It got you breakfast and one other big meal in or out of the parks. Definitely worth the money!

The proximity to the park is a big plus. The room is very clean , the staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall experience is great, I would definitely come again. One thing: the late menu after 10.30 is very limited missing kids friendly items since everyone comes late after 11 after the Disney fireworks show

Hotel was very nice

This is the second time I’ve been in this hotel. The first time was around 10 years ago. At that time the hotel cleanliness and services were wonderful. I was shocked this time from the dramatic fall of this hotel. They don’t clean rooms on a daily basis unless you make so many requests and complaints and when they finally do, they do not provide the room with the daily supplies that all hotels usually do like water, tea/coffee bags, paper tissue boxes etc. you have to call the reception and complaint in order for them to provide anything. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is taking her/his kids to Disney land. I will definitely use another hotel next time I visit Disney land

Great walking distance to parks

This is an incredible experience for any Marvel fan. However it is style over substance: hot stuffy rooms, due to government legislation temperatures don’t go below 19C! Small double beds… difficult to get a good nights sleep. The staff and food are exceptional - do their best where they can but the fundamentals, the basics - sleep and temperature seem to be out of their control!
