We cannot have asked for a more lovely hotel as a home base for our visit to Barcelona. The room was impeccably appointed, the staff was incredibly kind, gracious and welcoming, and the food was top notch. The only problem was how hard it was to leave!

The staff was inviting and accommodating. They helped arrange taxi transport to the airport and even packed a to go breakfast bag for one of our party that was leaving at 5 am. The location was great, felt safe, easy taxi pick up to see local sites. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable!

Gorgeous hotel, we were very well treated, staff helpful & the food & view from the Terrace restaurant was excellent! Also obsessed with their room service Spanish potato omelette!! Great location, central to all things….highly recommend!

Stayed twice before and after cruise. First time, room and bathroom were outdated. Second time, asked for better room with updated bathroom and they put us in a room that was even worse. Lights wouldn’t turn off. Had to take our room key out in order for lights to go off and that meant we couldn’t charge our phones and air conditioner was not running. When I called downstairs, they said they were completely sold out and couldn’t help us. Will never stay here again

The staff at the hotel were so kind, friendly and helpful. We arrived exhausted from our overnight flight and they made us feel so welcome. One of our two rooms was available and they helped us get in and get settled quickly. Beautiful hotel!

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.

The staff were immense. I think this has to be my favorite hotel and there were no issues with anything. I genuinely can’t stay at another hotel in Barcelona and the price was well worth it.

We stayed at Hotel Casa Fuster several years ago and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Barcelona. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. Staff are outstanding, friendly and helpful. That includes front desk staff at check-in, the concierge who helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and the doormen who consistently greet us with a smile.

Beautiful hotel that feels very luxurious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was a lot of attention to detail that was obvious in our rooms. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Service was excellent. Location was good, close to subway and to Casa Mila (a very popular tourist destination). Overall, a great stay!

Casa Fuster is a beautiful, historic property close to great shopping and restaurants. We had a very nice room with Familia La Sagrada in the background. Hotel has a very large lounge on the main floor which was hopping when we were there. The breakfast, which was fine, is served in a windowless basement restaurant. The staff were excellent. Enjoyed our stay but if returning to Barcelona, would likely stay at the Majestic.

The only concern was the hotel was next to a school. The children played outside which woke me up the first morning.

The property is now old and hasn't been renovated in 20 years. The rooms and hallways smell bad despite the attempt to cover the smell with excessive amounts of perfume.
