Hotel was perfect for our one night stay on the road to Utah national parks. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Staff recommended a number of restaurants which was helpful as well.

They need to stop allowing dogs in rooms. We had a large dog barking at different times during the night in room next to us. I would have given them an overall 5 rating but barking dogs make it difficult to sleep.

Booked for girl’s trip to Shakespeare festival. Property was clean and quiet. Check in person all business, not friendly. Check out person better but didn’t even ask how our stay was. Cleaning crew super friendly. Pets are allowed on property which if I would have seen earlier I probably wouldn’t have booked. They can’t guarantee that the room you’re in hasn’t had a pet there. I had an allergic reaction almost immediately on 2nd floor room. Staff moved us up to 3rd floor which was better (the woman helping us then was very kind). That being said if you don’t have allergies to animals, the property is conveniently located and very clean.

Liked that it had a pool. The mattress on sofa pullout was beyond terrible. We should have switched rooms but my son decided to fold the pullout back into a sofa and sleep on it. His feet were hanging off the end and it looked very uncomfortable. Staff was nice.

The hotel did nothing about the dogs barking or the children running around at all hours of the night. I get that families are on vacation but so was I. I stay at hotels to sleep and could not. No apologies…very frustrating!!!

Overall it was ok, the mattress was to soft but then I prefer a firm mattress, the sheets at the foot of the bed felt wet.
The room was very cool when we arrived that was appreciated as it was over 100 that day. The breakfast was not great I have had much better at other hotels.

The room we were first given had a very strong musty wet dog smell. It was obvious it must have been used with a family that had dogs. I usually ask for a pet free room, but sadly they cannot guarantee this anymore it seems. Staff was apologetic and moved us to the top floor, where it's suppose to be pet free. However, there was still a very musty and strong odor. Had it not been late at night we would have left and found a different hotel. This is the 2nd experience we have had in Cedar City with a hotel not cleaning properly after allowing animals in the room.

Decent hotel, clean, nice services, nice staff and morning buffet, but very noisy. We stayed in 211 above the lobby and from about 4A to 5 -something there was a lot of noise below us, sounded like banging or buckets, cleaning? It went on for a long time. The building was not built solid for noise abatement and you hear neighbors, hall noise, upstairs noise etc.

Comfortable stop after a long journey at this dog-friendly hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast plus the pool and spa looked very inviting (but didn't have the chance to try out, unfortunately).

The front desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly and courteous. The morning clerk barely looked up from her computer when I approached. She was not interactive at all and was on the verge of being rude. Not impressed! Overall the stay was great except for check out.

This is my most preferred hotel in Cedar City, Ut. I travel with my dog a lot and it’s important to me that they have clean pet rooms. It’s nice that they are close to highway access. The grounds are nice and kept clean.
