From check in to check out, the customer service received from all the staff was exceptional.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The problem was at check in . Lack of customer service front desk clerk not sure why f his name was Hiram . Was not friendly at all didn’t even look up at us when we walked towards the counter. Waited about 4 minute before he said “are you here to check in, give me your I’d and credit card. Very blunt and not welcoming. Gave me the key to room which by the way was a handicap room That I did not request. I have been a Hilton honors customer and been to very many Hampton this for sure was not what I expected. Breakfast was good! But would not stay again.

Our experience was great. We flew into PBI airport around midnight and the hotel sent a shuttle to come get us. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with a giftbag (as it was our first night on our honeymoon ). The room was really clean and didn't have a stain or anything wrong with the mattress.

Traveling alone as a female, the staff couldn’t make me feel any more secure! Three days and Glenn stood out to me as well as a mother with her daughter in the navy. I just wish the pool had been heated and open longer

@ Hampton Inn - WPB - The grounds, lobby, hallways and the room was very clean. The room was upgraded by Dejon. Very clean and spacious.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Dejon, he continued to make sure our stay was satisfactory. All of the staff was very courteous. Breakfast was delicious, there were many options both hot and cold. At check out Fabian was very courteous as well. Great stay, I would recommend it to others.

I fell in love with their orange water, such a simple thing but it made a great impression!
The free breakfast was great, more egg options would be my suggestions to satisfy others that don’t eat ingredients in premade omelettes.
Everything else was great!! And I loved their late checkout !

Staff was friendly, Dejeon at the front desk overnight was AWESOME! I needed to checkout late so I could pick up my car from the airport and the young lady at the front desk was Awesome! Overall good stay, place was clean, staff including shuttle driver Awesome!

Short Stay@Hampton WPB and even though the area was not my 1st choice the Customer Service from the staff enhanced my overall experience. The room i stayed in was clean and upgraded.Hot Continental breakfast was pretty good too. Pool was warm and a shuttle was provided downtown and to the airport. I only wish there was more to do in the area within walking distance.

the disgusting attitude of an Emmanuel employee on the front desk, we came from a long road to work, my manager reserved a room (online expedia) at the Hampton inn West Palm Central Airoport hotel. He (Emmanuel) did not let my partner and me into the hotel, since our manager must be physically here when he is in Boston, up to this point we checked into every hotel everywhere without problems. with employees like Emmanuel (the hotel), it will go into the red.

My husband and I often travel so we can say we are adding this hotel to our returning list. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The property was clean. The hotel restaurant was amazing! Definitely will be coming back.

Decent property, outside they renovated but inside needs a lot of work. Furniture, elevators, interiors is all out of date and old. Comfortable beds though. First time I stay at Hilton property and probably my last. Market place sells no alcohol of any kind, no restaurant or bar inside other than the free breakfast which didn’t look all that great. They didn’t even have mouth wash to buy. Over priced market place, Zero alcohol to purchase on property. High incidental fee taken for nightly rate, when other hotels take only $20-$50 and there better rated hotels. Parking isn’t free either. No hand soap or body wash soap is provided in bathrooms in your room. Over all experience was okay.

Great overall experience. Great staff. Only thing that cost a perfect score was that they told me on the phone when I was at the airport that they didn't have a shuttle to pick me up when it turns out they did.

The bed in the room made a lot of creaking noises, the room was too cold, the shuttle transportation took half an hour to arrive (it is upon request). We had to pay 8 dollars for a small bag of chips and a soda. The restaurant next door is a convenience trap as the food is WAY too expensive for what we got. A decent burger and 10 sad, soggy fries were $16!! One bowl of pasta woth veggies was originally $16 but went up by a whole 8 dollars simply to add some scattered strips of chicken. Aside from the prices and the issue with the bed, the staff were friendly and the room was at least clean and there were sufficient commodities.

We booked TWO double bed rooms here. This property took it upon themselves to remove the 2nd bed needed and switched out two adult co-workers to be forced to sleep in the same bed IN BOTH ROOMS - OH but they said..."Well ONE of them can sleep on the couch..."
WHAT? NEVER WILL WE BOOK ROOMS at this property again - I HAD TO SHELL OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS to get another room elsewhere for my employee who was left without a proper bed that was PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - SHAME ON YOU and your terrible management. Also the late night auditor was so ridiculously unprofessional and took no responsibility and she only escalated the situation.

Warm welcome with refurbish hotel with updated qualities. Offer a nice warm and cold breakfast. Great floors, walk-in showers, with bed linens and towels.
