What a stunning hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you would expect. Plentiful toiletries, bottled water, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee delivered to your room any time you want. Along with this, the very best part of this hotel was the amazing staff. Professional and friendly and always pleased to help with anything. I can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce. This beautiful throw back in time boutique hotel is accessible to all Bruges has to offer. The staff was welcoming, friendly and committed to making our stay enjoyable. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This hotel was the highlight of my visit to Bruges. Ideally, located down a little hidden side street on a canal, old world, charm, great staff, beautiful room. Definitely try to get a room with a view of the canal. The room was one of the most unique Rooms I’ve ever stayed in - Reminiscent of an old world, medieval castle.

This was singularly the best end to end experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room, amazing. The staff, incredible. The lobby was a veritable art gallery, and the breakfast with a view of the canal was second to none, it was a fairy tale experience. I felt like a king here, I would recommend it to all

Check in was difficult. The lady refused to believe that my friend & I had separate reservations for separate rooms and put us together. She thought we were joking. Totally unprofessional. Had to read her the riot act to get her to actually check what we were telling her. Unbelievable!!

Lovely old historic hotel. Nice but small rooms, but that’s to expect. The service outstanding. Super boutique hotel in a prime location. It doesn’t get any better then this. The only draw back is that the tiny lobby sitting area only holds 4 to 6 so each time we wanted sit for after dinner before going upstairs it was full of other guests and was difficult to share the space.

This was an amazing stay in a beautiful city. Each staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was charming and well appointed. Breakfast overlooking the canal was the best way to start the day. Great location close to the city center.

Beautiful property and a real treat. As beds are a personal preference be aware that the mattress was super firm and the pillows were old fashioned and in my view due to be replaced

The Hotel was super cute. Right on the Canal. Rooms were large and well appointed. The movie In Bruges (Colin Farrell) was filmed in the breakfast room. Fun to dine at the exact table as the movie.
I would definitely recommend and stay again.

I never write reviews, but in this case I had to because this was the most wonderful hotel experience I ever had. The attentiveness of the staff was second to none. The storybook location and room made this a stay to remember.

An absolutely unrivalled location overlooking the central canal basin, at the centre of the historic city. Reputed to be the oldest hotel in the city with charm to match. Rooms are well appointed, some with canal views. Lovely canal side breakfast room. Added bonus is free coffee and tea, as well as wifi and tv with good selection of channels including Netflix, etc. Not inexpensive but well worth it!

A beautiful small hotel in the middle of what must be one of the most romantic cities in the world. The fact that we stayed in the very room featured in the movie In Bruges added to the wonderful experience.

The best hotel I have ever visited. It was spotless and they gave us a wonderful room with the best view. From one of our windows you can see the canal. There was a safe in the room, water and everything you need for a great time in Bruges. If you have large luggage as I did, my advice is to take a taxi, because the wheels of the luggage will be ruined because of the stones of the street. When I managed to arrive to the hotel, the experience was wonderful, and to take the train back, the hotel helped us with a cab (€10 to go to the train station) I will always come back because of the wonderful staff the hotel has. Thank you everyone for a marvelous experience

Beautiful old hotel. Staff was incredible!!! Elevator was out, but they did everything possible to make up for it. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants an interesting, beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with an unbelievable staff.
