Amazing. Pam and Dallas were awesome hosts. Their Bead and Breakfast was like a movie. They made you feel at home and like being with family. Very pet friendly oriented.
Pam made an amazing breakfast that would rival some of the trendy breakfast restaurants.

Great location in Marietta , and just a few miles down the road from the hustle and bustle of all the shops, restaurants and crowds. The hospitality and warmth of this bed and breakfast was stellar! Lots of places offer a good bed, sink and bathtub, but few places in my life have offered the feeling of being “like family” that B. F. Hiestand bed-and-breakfast offered.
The home is absolutely gorgeous. I was taken back by the beautiful architecture, crown molding and furnishings. The Hiestand ancestors would be very pleased with the maintenance of their treasured home. This was our first visit to a bed and breakfast, but most definitely will not be our last!
Don’t go to this place if you’re looking for something highbrow, go to this place if you want to feel like you came to a place that feels a bit like “home!”
We plan on going back soon!!!!!

A wonderful place to stay! Our host Pam & Dallas made us feel at home and we Emma wonder breakfast and discussion with other guests and our host. The porch is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a bit of peace and history.

The check in was easy and efficient and Pam and Dallas are quite friendly and comforting. We are staying an extra night.

The owners, Pam and Dallas, are wonderful and welcoming, the breakfasts cannot be beat. Pam has a local source for delicious gluten free baked goods - which is no small feat when it come to breakfast fare.
For my socially anxious fellow travelers who are looking for a low pressure B&B experience - this one is a winner!

Grand old house and friendly owners. We stayed in the cottage which is very comfortable but a little noisy during the day due to its proximity to the main road.

I appreciated all the little touches like a makeup removing toilette in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Both Pam and Dallas were very welcoming. We arrived a half hour before check in and our room was ready. I’ve never eaten a better breakfast than what Pam prepared the next morning. Nicely decorated estate with ample parking. Meeting their dog Mac was an added bonus! Highly recommend.

What a lovely room we happened upon due to the cancelation of another guest. Due to rain, we didn't get to take full advantage of a walk about in the town, but our hosts were lovely and the breakfast delicious. We had never heard of Marietta and needed a one-night stay before moving on through this area and were looking for spots along the water. Good choice!

Enjoyed our stay very much! House was quite unique all around and we especially enjoyed the relaxing porch the first night with the lower temperatures and slight breeze. Owners were very hospitable and the accommodations, breakfast and daily conversations were outstanding! thanks Pam and Dallas!

Dallas gave us great places to check out during our stay. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

To sum it up in one word- OUTSTANDING! Pan and Dallas are friendly and accommodating hosts. The home is GORGEOUS and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The B&B is very charming and the owners quite nice. However, hall light was kept on all night, bed was too soft and traffic sounds too loud.

As a bed and breakfast, Dallas and Pam were awesome and provided the complete experience. The homes history, cleanliness, and amenities, were great. The hosts were knowledgeable, gracious, and accommodating. And breakfasts were superb in presentation, portion, and deliciousness.

We did not stay, there was a mix up with my booking from the online booking site but the ownder was gracious and kind and she helped me streighten every out smoothly and quickly..we were very happy with the out come!
