I have stayed there be and was well pleased. This time, the floor had not been swept well and the hair dryer would not come on. I think they will take care of the problems. I will stay there again, the next time I am in Searcy if I need a motel.

There were problems. Something was leaking in the bathroom, I think the sink, which caused water puddles on the floor. I realize it could've requested another room but I literally didn't have time because of other events. Also, it's a big problem that the rooms do not have lamps at the bedside or on a desk or something. The only lights are the very bright fluorescent ceiling lights, so it's either complete brightness or complete darkness. That's not a comfortable situation and I think any good hotel would do better.

The staff was very friendly. I have zero complaints regarding the lady that checked me in. Very polite and nice. The condition of the place was very bad, I kind of expected it from the price being so low lol. I’ve actually stayed here a few years ago and it was in much better condition than now. The bathroom really the whole room reeked of sewer or mildew idk which. It was worse than any other hotel I’ve ever been in in my life. Going in the bathroom literally made me gag. Don’t stay in 110 wherever you do lol. I didn’t even bother complaining I just left. Got another room somewhere else.

The room needs a bedside lamp or two. It only has overhead lights which are too bright and too far from the beds when you are exhausted.

The bed was very squeaky and the lock on the door was almost falling off.

The room was big, the beds were comfortable and clean. The air conditioning blew very cold, which was awesome. The only minor issues were the remote control was broken, and there was no light in the room at all, except for the overhead lights. The owners were fantastic, I would book this place again without hesitation.

To be honest, I was a little taken back when we arrived. It is a motel, not a hotel. I asked to see a room before committing. The room was basic but very clean and updated. It looked and smelled very clean. It had laminate flooring that was immaculate, fresh bedding, fresh paint and a very clean bathroom. The rooms were very quiet. We’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels where we could hear every sound our neighbors made. We could hear no sounds from our neighbors and very few sounds from outside. The staff was extremely courteous and thoughtful. I locked myself out of my room and the front desk was so kind and helpful. I was looking for the ice machine and the housekeeping lady walked me to it. I felt like they valued their guests and wanted make sure we had a good stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for value, cleanliness and nice people this is a great place! I arrived with a lot of doubts and left with a warm feeling.

Nice stay felt clean everything worked well

Staff at front desk is ok. But the cleaning people are rude. They knock on your door at 9 am when check out is at 11 am. The AC/Heating unit is a window unit and is very loud.

Cheap but ok! No bugs, safe, clean. Heating/AC unit is old and noisy. Shower tub and curtain with some stains. Towels were clean but a bit old. What I really hated is that at 10 am they knock on your doors for housekeeping. They should do this after check out time.

My card got stolen and i never stayed there

It was horrible, I did not feel safe, people were fighting and slamming doors, I did not sleep for 2 days, the guy staying next to me hit my car and damaged it and took off so I had to call the cops, I was in town for my sons College Graduation and it was supposed to be a good weekend and it wasn’t, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they also did not give me clean towels, I would like some money back since I have to fix my car now

It’s a fairly good deal because the price is low

The room was clean and everything worked. Good water pressure and the heater worked very well to keep is warm in sub 40 temps. TV options were limited, but the wifi was good and strong. We were visiting a nearby college and this was very convenient. The lady who cleaned our room was very friendly. Check in was easy and friendly too. There are many good eating options within a short distance. If you are looking for a basic motel style place to stay with friendly staff and convenient location you won't go wrong here.

Very clean n worth the money n spacious n pleasant ppl

The hotel was very worn looking. The bed was uncomfortable and was on a metal base which made noises every time I turned trying to get comfortable. The staff was friendly when I checked in but couldn’t be found when I went to check out. The front door was even locked at 8:30 a.m. There was a bit of noise on Friday night but other than that, it was pretty quiet. The room was clean, and for that I’m thankful.

The room was so hot. Turned the air on and it nearly blew. The a/c unit sits in a part of the room that makes it cut off every time it reaches where they have preset it. The room was not very clean and the soap smelled horrible.

Room had a smell until AC ran for a couple of hours. Decent shower, good bed. Quiet. Good deal for the price.

I selected this property because of the price, and was very skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was very well taken care of for an older motel. And it was as clean as I have ever seen. My husband and I had just stayed in the Menger Hotel in San Antonio a few weeks ago. This was of course not as nice but was very close. Would definitely stay there again.

I showed up at M Star hotel lady at the front desk was rude I was told by one of the other employees her name was tree that I would have a smoking room available they were supposed to switch it for me they never did then the lady at the front desk got rude with me about it then offered me one bed in one room that was smoking that's not what I reserved charge me an early check in fee of 25.00 which was not specified on your website then was going to charge me at $50 cash deposit for a non-smoking room which already had reservations why would I have to pay a deposit they told me they were going to fix this a day before I showed up and get me a smoking room and I showed up didn't get a smoking room then they try to offer me a room for me and my father with just one bed in it that was a smoking room which is not what I reserved online I was very unhappy with their service my key card didn't work I had to go back up to the front desk me and my father were down there for a memorial service and the lady at the front and desk was just plain rude

Staff are friendly room were clean but limited. No lamp, no night light only the bathroom light and entrance light, no alarm clock. It's okay place! Bearable!

The breakfast area was not a breakfast area, it was a storage place for boxes and lawn equipment. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The lock on my door was broken. The people in the rooms around mine made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I checked in and out within almost immediately. There is a no refund policy.

Good check in. Room was clean, bed comfortable. AC only cooled after 8 hrs on 61* with a fan blowing to distribute, but ok afterward. No lamps on night stands and light switch by the door turned on 6 "spot lights" on the ceiling. But for the price it was a decent stay.

An old school motel. Small but nice enough room. TINY tile shower stall with MOLD. Mildew smell got worse as the night wore on. If they would get rid of the mold and stank it would be a great cheap sleep.

No phones in the room and they don’t have breakfast anymore 😩
