During my first trip to Casablanca, I lost my cellphone on the other side of town after buying flowers for my wife. Do not wear sweatpants with a cellphone located in the pocket facing the taxi door exit because I am sure this how I dropped it. Despite efforts to locate the phone, it was gone. My wife, who is Moroccan, called the phone and spoke to someone who was uncooperative and threatening to sell it. With the help of a hotel worker named Soufian, we managed to track down the phone's location. Soufian arranged for transportation, constantly spoke with the person to coordinate where she was located to help we retrieve my phone successfully. Imagine coming to Morocco and the first day your phone is missing before settling in to experience the location. I must say that I am very grateful. This experience highlighted the kindness of strangers and the importance of assistance in challenging situations but importantly the integrity, leadership, patience, and level of care/concern from the workers that are in this hotel helped me solve my situation. This will be the only place I will stay when in Casablanca. Highly recommend. Also I left out jewelry one time which I never recommend but it was completely untouched during a room service visit when we left town for a day. Appreciate the service . I do not think in the U.S. some of these services would have been giving to me.

I went to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing stay. We left to Marrakesh for a couple of days and my clothes were moved but the proof found them promptly and they were cleaned for me. They made my birthday special and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the room and service. The view overlooked construction building. There was no coffee machine, bathroom sink and shower clogged, room much tinier than described online. The pillow case had two holes. At 8:30 am the cleaning service crew knocked and came in without waiting whether we said yea or no. It was definitely not a deluxe room that I chose. The staff wasn’t the most helpful and didn’t offer to change the room. Thank goodness it was for one night. Definitely not coming back. The only thing that was great is the location and they have a good breakfast.

The hotel itself was very bad maintained. The shower was broken and it was just old and bad. I went to the reception the first night to show them photos of what it looked like and they instantly upgraded my room to a junior suit. The junior suit was more fresh and maintained but the AC wasnt working and I couldn’t bother to go to the reception to complain again because I was super busy the whole trip.

The service is 5-star phenomenal. Property, rooms and conference space are all in great shape. Jewish Sabbath services take place every week on the 1st floor premises so staying here over the weekend if you are Jewish is very convenient.

The property was average and definitely not a ‘five star’ quality. Our problem however, was with the reception staff. We were asked to pay a refundable deposit of 5,000 dirhams as security for 3 nights. At check out we were told that this had been refunded. When I checked my credit card statement a week later, this money had been withdrawn and not refunded. After several phone calls and emails I was told by the revenue manager that we had made another booking for the same dates while at the reception. That is, one booking was made with Expedia but then another one for the same dates while checking in !! Hence the 5,000 dirhams was the charge for this second booking and would not be refunded. An obvious scam! I would emphatically suggest to look for another alternative as the staff here cannot be trusted !

This hotel is a real misrepresentation, and I will consider it as a trap, it should be rated with less than one star, and it will be too much for it. It is not worth it even to stay for one day.I booked based on the 5-star rating and ended up with a surprise. Everything is wrong with this hotel, The reception doesnt answer their phone especially if they know the problem you are calling for, despite that and when you go down after 45 minutes of no power in your room for the second day, all you get is a very rude answer that we are busy. As a family went for a holiday, our thoughts that we could use the hotel hence it is booked and already paid to sleep the nights as most of the day we will be out but the night was also a nightmare with power disconnecting every night plus a renovation noise.Very poor Wifi, the Coffee machine does not work and leaking, you ask for an iron, and it comes without an Iron Board then you are told you can iron on the bed. I cant remember one pleasant thing about this hotel except maybe the breakfast was OK.It is a waste of money and time plus a discomfort and suffering.

The hotel is centrally located, that is the only good thing. The hallways are dark and so are the rooms, if you call for service its always a no. The gym has old outdated and non working equipment, they dont even have water there.. they want water you have to go down to the lobby and buy some water if you need it during the work out. I asked for an iron and ironing board.. I was given an iron with a sheet to use on top of the table. The shuttle from the airport was late, the shuttle going to the airport was rude.Here is the bottom line... its not a 5 start hotel.. at best it would get a 3 star.
