Clean and updated. Cozy and comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice owners. Unique property with a common use outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining area, swimming pool, beautiful plants and shrubs.

Our stay at Veranda from start to finish was excellent! Our trim had clearly been renovated, was freshly and brightly painted and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable and we were so grateful for quiet, comfortable air conditioning due to muggy weather. The grounds at Veranda are absolutely stunning, well tended to, and with a variety of sitting areas, grills, and fire pits. The outdoor pool area was also very beautiful and clean. One of our favorite amenities at Veranda was the unique building housing coffee, tea and continental breakfast. Such a bright spot to begin each day, very clean, well stocked and a terrific use of space. Thank you Jay and family for helping to bring such a memorable trip to fruition for us! Well done! We’ll be back!

I highly recommend this place. Owners were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. Pet friendly with a nice dog park. I am looking forward to my next vacation stay.

The room was clean, bright, and up to date. The bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was fabulous, spa like. Picnic table right outside the door. Seating and chairs everywhere to relax on. The pool area beautiful!
The breakfast room was pretty. Lots to choose from, fruit, cereal, muffins, juices, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, and more! I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this location Definitely would stay here again!

We were very happy to find this place that accepted our new puppy!! Not only was the room updated, clean and comfortable, the dog park was fantastic and even had doggie poop bags!! We did wish the breakfast had some hot options, but other than that this was the perfect place for us to stop with our puppy.

We were lucky to find the Veranda - truly a gem! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe king room and we couldn’t have been happier. With beach motel vibes, the property was renovated, comfortable and quiet. It was the perfect getaway - the breakfast clubhouse was great, there is a fire pit, grills so you can cook your own lunch/dinner and the room comes with parking right outside of your door. The owners were absolutely lovely and we cannot wait to go back!!

The owners are onsite and obviously care. The pool and grounds were very well cared for. Wifi was not even usable. The high pet fee was a bad surprise, if the amount was listed we probably would have looked elsewhere

Our second stay, loved the room and everything about The Veranda! The owners are fantastic, thought of every detail. Breakfast in the adorable garden cabin was amazing. We’ll definitely be back again and again.

We loved everything about our stay! The room was modern and very clean. Quiet surroundings, lovely grounds and dog play space. Breakfast was served in a charmingly restored cabin, very nice selection of pastries and other delicious things beautifully presented. Outstanding hospitality all around! We'll definitely visit again!

I loved the Veranda Cape Cod Family Resort.
It was recently renovated; room was clean and very nicely decorated. Modern decor, with tasteful art work and books.
I especially loved the breakfast, the fire-place and the people. We met many Europeans and travelers from all over who came together in the morning for a friendly breakfast. Very unique and special place.

The Veranda Cape Cod Family Resort is a must stay. Centrally located in the Cape, this location is convenient to all other towns, not to mention close to several wonderful restaurants. The highlight was the incredibly kind and warm staff, who treated you like you were visiting family. Grounds and interior rooms were immaculate, inviting and had an almost European feel. Breakfast is hosted in a structure that is overly engaging and convenient. This family resort includes a pool, room for children to run around, convenient grills for multiple families to barbecue, numerous picnic tables as well as a small dog park. We will be sure to return in the future!

There was no mention of a $ fee for pets. That should have been upfront. And because it was a "fee" there should not have any sale taxes imposed. Had I known it would be $50 extra; I would have looked elsewhere. So PLEASE..when you promote a "pet friendly" listing, Alert when there is (or not) a fee. Very misleading
