Stopped here on the way to Oregon and we had nice rest with breakfast in the morning.

Enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable and makes for a relaxing stay. Bed comfort was alright but that's really dependent on personal preference. The shower pressure was really good with massage settings. However, the sink faucet neck was so short that water can easily get onto the counter. The breakfast was decent for a chain hotel free breakfast.

This was my 2nd stay at this property and I have enjoyed it both times. Very nice room, well maintained, very friendly staff, great breakfast room. Just a very nice overall impression here. I will definitely return when I’m in the area.

This review is sort of a mixed bag. I usually enjoy my stay at Hampton Inns and this was my first at this location. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. I enjoyed having a swimming pool to myself. In the parking lot though there was construction debris blocking some of the very few spaces with shade in a heat wave. But for me, the most frustrating thing was the fact that not only did my room, room 214, have no black out curtains, but the window coverings were cheap plastic Venetian blinds AND in several places they were broken or missing, which isn’t great for sleep when the parking lot is lit up so brightly at night. Then at 5am my entire room smelled like burnt hotel waffles, even though I was not located over the kitchen. I really wanted to like this hotel because everything else was great, but if I can’t sleep well someplace, I’ll not be returning.

Daily breakfast was great, lots of choices. As a senior citizen, I would have liked some grid on shower floor. Slippery otherwise. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Newer hotel. Rooms were super clean and beds comfortable. Elevator had sticky spill on the floor for over 12 hours, giving the 4 star rating for cleanliness.

Just one night before an event. Helpful fast check in and stayed in a downstairs suite with windows that opened for fresh breeze. Room was clean, recently remodeled. Bed was a bit firm for my taste, but soft linens all around. Not my first stay here and won't be my last. The fresh cookies at the front desk are always a plus

Didn’t like the high bed and low toilet. Bad shower: head too high, no side grab bar. Minimal room furnishings . Seemed cheaper and tackier than past stays.

All went perfectly well. Great shower. Perfect beds. Delicious breakfast. Kinda weird that front desk staff was not present but all worked well.

After a long day in the car the property was wonderful and the staff was great! Will book a stay again while traveling from Oregon down to California.

This is an all around great hotel. Whoever designed the renovations knew what they were doing right down to the small details. The breakfast was very good. One of the better hotels we have stayed at. Would recommend it and will stay again if travels take us to Red Bluff in future.

The hotel was nice and staff were great. If you have pets, beware that there was a non-refundable $50 fee for having a small dog that wasn’t listed in Expedia's description. Expedia only said the hotel was “dog friendly.” We found out about the fee at check in after it was too late to look for other options. This seemed excessive for just a one night stay. If you drive an EV and have a charging cord you can plug in and charge for free overnight! Such a great perk. There were several spots.

Was a bit noisy from the neighbors above, but otherwise excellent location very close to I5 and breakfast was amazing; pool was closed for the season
