Friendly staff, good location, clean room. However, in the double economy room, the bathroom had no door, i.e., the shower and the bathroom sink were next to bed, separated by a glass divider. The room was very small. There is no parking at the hotel, but they arranged a special price at a parking close by (a bit more expensive than the price indicated on the website). Overall, I wouldn't recommend it - at least for the economy rooms - because of the inconvenience of the bathroom.

Housekeeping never entered the room. After checkout i was emailed an additional $200 charge to wash sheets and towels. "charged your given credit card with the amount of 200 Euro. Cleaning costs, cleaning Duvet, pillows, matress protector, sheets, towels." How is washing sheets and towels not included in their prices. "

Nicholas at reception was an amazing host and even offered us a complimentary drink and snacks at check in. The hotel is excellent and priced well. The best bed I’ve slept in without exception. Would definitely stay here again when in Düsseldorf.

Clean, quiet and friendly hotel.

A fantastic little hotel. beautifully renovated. I was bicycle touring and they let me store my bike in the courtyard at check-in. Excellent breakfast buffet, with kind and attentive staff. One young woman didn’t know what a cortado was, so she looked it up and made a good one. Next time I am in Düsseldorf I will be staying here.

The hotel location is quite good, near the residential area and 2 minutes to a park. Also it's easy to move around, the old town and river side is 10 minutes on foot and the 4 stops by Tram to the train station. Actually Düsseldorf is not that big or crowded and the transportation here is easy for everywhere. The hotel has a good service attention and people here is very simpatique. Only that the room is quite small. In my reservation the description is with a twin bed but the bed is more like a sofa bed. For me as a tourist for two days stay, it's good city heart choice due high price and quality balance.

Very comfortable hotel to stay in the Altstadt in Düsseldorf. The breakfast is particularly excellent.

Great boutique type hotel in the Pempelfort area if Dusseldorf. CleaN environment, friendly staff, good hot breakfast. In an area with several small restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

The location is very good, in a quiet residential district about 10 minutes walk across a park from the old town. The 707 tram at the end of the street goes via one of the main shopping streets to the main station. My single room was smallish but well designed and I had no complaints. Staff are friendly. The breakfast is excellent.

I had a great experience. Location is perfect, just 2 mins walk from the tram station that's 4 stops to the dusseldorf central station. Quiet neighborhood, I'm a light sleeper and didn't hear anything throughout the night. Breakfast is good except eggs are almost raw, not everyone likes that. Check in and check out was fast and easy and staff is nice. Wifi is fast, all TV stations are in German though and the shower for the single room was tiny.

The hotel was in a great location & staff were really helpful. The room was a decent size & there was good shower pressure. We would have liked a kettle to make hot drinks.

A really top level 3 star hotel. So not flashy but good, clean, fabulous breakfast, nice bar, very helpful staff. I was in one of the three apartment rooms (B) and it was so lovely and quiet with a big window overlooking gardens. Great free wifi. Perfect for a 2 day quick business trip - lovely quiet location but very near to the park and old city (10-15 min walk) and the Rheinton Wine bar next door is also fabulous!

Variety, quality, all excellent...worth MUCH more than 5 Euros. Beyond the breakfast, the room was clean, airy, bright, and well appointed. Our only concern was that on arrival, we were told we'd need to stay in a building 1 and 1/2 blocks from the actual hotel. This ended up being okay, but we were a little surprised. Being actually in the hotel would have been better...all the same, this place deserves a 5 rating. Also, it's just a short walk from the 707 strassenbahn from the railroad station, and only a little farther to the 721 bus which goes directly to the airport. Great connections. Finally, it's just a short walk to the Altstadt. If ever we're in Duessedorf again, we are staying at the Hotel Berial.

Great location on a quiet street that is a short walk from Old town and the major art museums. This IS a boutique hotel experience. The building is old but the interior is modern and clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The room is compact with an economical use of space but the bed was big and comfy. Rates were very reasonable but can fluctuate as Düsseldorf has a lot of business conferences.

This hotel was clean and in a good location- a little strange that some of the rooms are in the annex down the street. Service was okay, nothing spectacular. Probably a little overpriced for what you get.The bakery accross the street was amazing! I would stay again if a better deal was available
