Getting harangued by the property owner or manager for making a last minute booking was annoying.

Arrived at 11:15. Rang the doorbell and called the phone number as directed. Finally the clerk let me in to check in. Only thing she said to me was,"Next time you want to stay here, arrive before 11."
This was a long travel day. There wont be a "next time" for this motel.

The rooms are definitely dated, but they're spacious and comfortable. We had a king size bed and a large sofa. Nice separate freezer, refrig, and microwave. All in all, quite satisfactory.

The person at the front desk was rude I asked for a room key and the one I had refused to work and she was rude, refused to work with me on the issue and stated that I didn’t own the room and I didn’t reserve it, showing proof that I reserved it and showed my ID

This is the second time I stayed and overall it is good. However, the quality of the breakfast should be improved with the competitors. They should provide fruits and few varieties of foods. I had to call for an issue and the guy with a heavy accent could not understand. Better to have a people with good command and little bit polite to the guests. Also, wonder how 9 people can sit in the dining area. Would like to see if the management can demonstrate that.
Other than, this is a nice place for the price. I would stay again.

The front desk woman is the rudest hotel worker we have ever encountered, and we have spent hundreds of nights in hotels. Muliple other guests said the same thing, one who overheard a converstion we had and the others came up to us unsolicited and asked if we had been treated rudely. All (total of 4 groups) said they would never stay here again based on how rude and nasty the woman was. Room was clean and quiet but property overall was in poor/fair condition. Breakfast room had seating for 4 people, but 2 of those blocked the ice machine. Breakfast was coffee/juice and a bagel. Toaster did not work. It's a shame the manager/owner is so nasty because the property is in a good location. Believe the other reciews that say the manager is rude.

I would really like this place except for one thing: the owner is extremely unpleasant to interact with and so I hate the check in ordeal. I try to be exceptionally polite, hoping he might extend some sort of basic pleasantry in return, but it never works. I hope he isn't really as miserable as he appears to be. I have to stay in the area a lot for work and I sometimes stay at more expensive places in order to interact with people that know how to be pleasant.

I have never had a check in take so long. It wasn’t just that she moved so slowly but I don’t know what she kept typing in because I had entered everything online when I made the reservation. The card keys didn’t work but I have had that happen other places. The room was clean enough which is really the most important thing but the bed was too soft with low spots, the mattress needs upgrading. I can’t imagine staying here in the winter because there is a huge gap in the doorway, I mean huge that the sunlight comes right through it. This was the most affordable last minute place that had a decent rating but I’d say we will only do it again if there is no other option.

Great staff, very polite. Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants. The continental breakfast was very minimal— coffee, juice, packaged food. No cereal. But overall very good stay.

Booked on Expedia as pet friendly drove 6 hours arrived to find out only dogs are allowed but accepted our cat for an arbitrary extra $40.00 we had no choice but to pay it. Asked at the front desk for toilet paper but you can only get it when housekeeping is working. What?! My advice choose another hotel!

I was truly disappointed in our accommodations. When i booked this room the pictures seemed lovely. What i first noticed is all the cigarette buts in the parking lot and how dirty the stairs were to get to our room. Once in the room i was very disappointed at the condition of the room. Bathroom tiles were dirty. Furniture was terribly worn and couch was stained and dirty. I had a very hard time sleeping. Also other guests were outside smoking and the smell was horrendous. Since there were only one set of stairs you had no choice but to walk through the smoke. I would not recommend this place and i would never book again.

This was a great location property was clean inside room and outside. When I booked online it wasn’t clear I had to pay for my dog which I was charged for upon checking in. Also, I experienced one issue the AC wasn’t working properly it was more like a fan blowing warm air. I got to my room late after my event therefore I didn’t inform any staff member or change rooms. Would stay at this location again in the future.

Quiet AC that worked well and was desperately needed. I stayed here rather than a similar motel because breakfast was advertised. “Breakfast” was nothing more than sad pastries in plastic bags. I ate elsewhere
