Service was amazing. Checking in was quick and easy and the desk worker was friendly. Upon checkout, we were leaving about 15 minutes before the start of breakfast and the worker opened up the breakfast for us, putting out food and opening up coffee and juice. It was super sweet of him. The hotel is nice and we will definitely be back. My only complaint is with the purchase process thru Hotels.com. I chose to pay in person at the hotel instead of in advance;however, upon checkin was told my card had already been charged.

I did not get to stay here because the hotel cancelled my reservation 5 days before my arrival. I have yet to receive confirmation on refund because hotels.com will not refund my money even though i was not the one who cancelled my stay. Hotels.com has lost a customer since i will not go through this ordeal again.

There were dead bugs on the floor in our room that the cleaning crew missed. The manager working the front desk was not helpful and was very rude. I do not know how she has a job in hospitality.

Our bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was good. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We were allowed to park our car on the property for 7 nights while we were on a cruise out of Galveston. This was very nice of staff to let us park there.

Not so amazing. When I got there they told me I had 2 reservations, I did try to make a reservation online through the hotels website but It wouldn't go through so I used a 3rd party, guy told me I needed to cancel the other room first b4 I could check in even though the room was paid for. I should've took photos. The room was dirty. Looked like dried up poop on the bathroom wall. Blood stains on the sheets, hair on the pillows & I don't know what hell was on the bed skirt, but it was terrible. Smelled really weird & will never stay there again! Everyone who was checking in were having issues. The only thing nice in the room was the led light mirror in the bathroom! I slept sitting up on top of the blanket & was gone soon as I saw the sun rising!

Nice and quiet, and had restaurants within walking distance. Not very crowded. Staff was friendly. I had a problem with a double charge, but the front desk resolved it quickly. Very good for the price. Two issues...1. We didn't get room service daily, but we were able to get towels and other items from the custodian. 2. We had three rooms, and had trouble getting the keys to work for each. Even after getting them reprogrammed about 4 times, we had to try again and again to get in. But great deal for our 10-day stay.

We walked in our room late in the evening. We had no bathroom toiletries. The bath still had build up and hair all over it. The bathroom floor was really dirty.
I cleaned the bathroom myself since we got in so late. I did tell the desk person as we were leaving. This is the first bad review I’ve ever given.

The property and staff were great!!! It’s Expedia that sucks and didn’t actually book the room so it wasn’t available when I got here. Even though I booked over a year ago. But the staff was amazing and were able to find a room that at least had a couch to sleep on since there were no double beds. Thanks for nothing Expedia

We were told that the hotel was having a temporary water issue and some paint touch up. When we got there it was at the end of a complete remodel. Our room was still being worked on when we walked in and the paint was still wet. They had to move us to another hotel. That was a Motel 6 that was decent but not comparable to Best Western.

The staff was horrible it was a young pencil neck hispanic girl that was working the middle shift she immediately questioned my payment as if i hadn't already paid acted as if i was going to have to pay again and then right after that gave us the key card to the room and it worked once or twice so everytime we left the room we had to go and deal with the girl i described to reactivate the key card, after so many times of dealing with this problem we just decided to leave early the remainder of the stay was not worth it please dont choose this hotel the staff will drain all your positive energy it will be best to pay a little more and go somewhere else the stay was a disaster.
