The road up to the apartment was very winding. We were glad that it had 2 toilets. We had to insert the comforter into the cover n put on the pillow cases n bedsheets ourselves. So what service? Disappointed that we had to pay for wifi and to do our laundry. Overall it was a nice stay.

Reasonable venue with adequate space. Room clean but furnishings a bit worn. Felt a bit like school camp when room amenities checked before we checked out.

If you want multiple bedrooms or a kitchenette, this is probably the best deal in Cauterets. We rented one of the 2-bedroom apartments. We werent there long enough for it to be worth taking advantage of the kitchenette, but it would be great for a longer stay. The primary downside was that when we arrived we had to put on all the bed linens ourselves and the beds were not that comfortable. In general this is more like renting an apartment than hotel service.

Room clean, kitchenette well equipped, everything working. However the accommodation, supposedly for 4, was cramped even for the 2 of us. (4 adults with ski clobber would probably lead to murder!) Bedroom so small there was no room for a bedside table, and virtually no space to put clothes. Skylights were filthy. No non-French TV. Exterior decor (and some interior) very tired, but carpeting of stairs and corridors has been renewed. Gardens neglected, some exterior concrete steps crumbling. Location good - only 5 min. walk from town centre and shops.
