No daily housekeeping service unless you request by calling front desk. I did that, and they still did not service my room. Boooooooo.

About the only thing I can complain about was breakfast. Its not apparent its not complimentary, and for the quality its overpriced. I think you're better finding off a local pancake house for breakfast.

Clean, staff very nice! Dining right there in lobby area. We had a nice breakfast every morning! Also bar available in evening.

I regret to say we would probably choose a different hotel than this one if we stayed again. The hotel staff was friendly and our room was clean however we did have a few concerns about their policies. The mattresses are not covered or protected by either a mattress protector or a mattress pad. This resulted in only a thin fitted sheet between you and the mattress. The quality of the fitted sheet was so poor the corners come up when you sleeping exposing the mattress. One of my favorite amenities found at a Hilton Garden Inn is their in-house restaurant. Breakfast is an additional charge which can be À la cart cereal for $2.50 or a waitress served buffet for $18.50. The downside to this location is you can’t see what options are available because they are kept covered and only accessible by the cook. We will try another location to see if these policies are just for this location or at all of the Hilton Garden Inns before passing judgment on this hotel chain. It is a great location with a lot of shopping locations.

Hilton honors member I was not treated like a Hilton Honors member. I know that I booked a room that included breakfast however because I booked with Expedia they didn’t give me what I normally get as a Hilton Honors member and they told me that breakfast was not included so I was charged for breakfast if I ate at the hotel, the first room I was put in had blood on the shower curtains and then I was switch to another room. I don’t know if being switched to the room changed my amenities but you know it was a very disappointing stay

The restaurant was not open as they said at the arrival. I wait till 7 to show and not have food only drinks, making me order out my dinner and have to eat late

Loved this location right by the Space and Rocket Center (over where Landry’s used to be, for those who know HSV). LaShana and the front desk representatives were amazing. LaShana went out of her way to ensure our stay for five days was comfortable. We were in town visiting family and this was a perfect place to set up with a bedroom and sitting room in the jr. suite. The rooms were spacious, ceilings so high! We had dinner and drinks at the bar a few times also and the bartender, Rob was awesome! Food was very good also. We’ll stay here again when we return!

Place was clean and quiet. Dinner was very limited and no substitutions were allowed which can limit dining options for people with dietary needs. Breakfast not included and while cooked well was pricey

Easy parking. Nice breakfast. Too bad it is not included. Clean room. Room was not serviced by maids with my two day stay. Dealt with wet towels and unmade bed.

The state and staff were very personable. The chef was great and we enjoyed our meals (slightly better than in Birmingham). We look forward to coming again.

I tried to cancel my Saturday reservation on Thursday after a family emergency arose. I bought a protection plan that meant NOTHING!!!! and I am charged the full price. My family works in hotels… I guarantee someone is in that room right now and the Hilton double dipped.

Really terrific. We would have stayed longer but they didn't have availability.

The bathroom toilet was dirty and had fecal matter droppings along the side of toilet bowl.

The only problem I had was that I booked my room online but when I arrived at the property the front desk clerk told me that they didn’t have any more rooms clean. She found one handicap room. I was very disappointed..

Room was freezing, temp controls did not adjust properly or in timely method - there was a very strong ‘room freshener’ used & scent was overpowering. Staff was very pleasant though and tried very hard to take care of issues…

Breakfast not included. Property located in sketchy area. Property run down and dated.
