Great location near a lot of shopping, restaurants and casino on Grace Bay. Staff were excellent. Property could use some painting but landscaping was well maintained. Beach and pool area are great.

The cleanliness of the property and our studio Villa, the bell boy don’t remember his name the young man absolutely the best and very friendly, The on site restaurant is very pricey but the food was very good .

Resort was amazing for our family of 4. The grounds were well tended and clean. Staff friendly and wanting to help at every opportunity.

I would stay again.

Location was great. Walking distance to shops. Right on Grace beach. Gym available. Bike rentals free. Hobie cat was NOT free, unlike the other resorts.

I have been coming here for 25 years - it is my favorite place. The staff are outstanding and it is a home away from home- very safe

Loved having a large beach area and beautiful clean water. Loved the great pool and availability of the chairs at beach and pool. The view in room 133 was fantastic but the appliances were not great. Dish Washer was a bit rusty and the clothes washer and dryer were very old and rusty. The dryer didn’t work well either. Needed to run it at least twice to dry clothes. Overall service was great. Didn’t like that the hotel used its own car service for everything as it was really pricey. It would have been good to have options for car service as we felt we were at their mercy for paying large sums to get from place to place.

Would love to have seen onsite convenience store - water. Juice, after hour snacks etc. but other than that it was fantastic !

Like that have beach toys available for free(kayak, paddle boards). Would be nice if they incorporated something for guest to do in the evenings

We loved our stay at Ocean Club West. The property is beautiful, the restaurant served great food and drinks. It was very convenient to shops and other great restaurants. I liked the convenience of the shuttle from West to Ocean Club East. Our room was nice, we had a couple of hiccups but they were fixed right away. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

This is our third time at this property! It’s clean, pretty and spacious on the best beach!!! Front staff could be a little happier (just sayin)!

We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and i have to say i was very underwhelmed with this hotel. Our room was clean and beaitiful i have zero complaints about the room 2 bathrooms huge living room and bedroom nice balcony and even though we didnt use the kitchen it was nice having it if we ever went back with our kids we like to have snacks and milk for them. The resort itself just wasnt as nice as i expected and the staff dont even get me started with that. So unfriendly and it was like it pained them to say hello to you. If you asked anyone at the front desk a question they either said they didnt know or gave you inaccurate information. Same goes for the waitstaff at the restaurant. Service was slow to non exsistant and the staff was unfriendly. Beach was great plently of umbrellas and chairs set up so no problem getting a spot and the hotel itslef is very centrally located we didnt rent a car and were able to walk to almost all of the restauranrs we went to. If i went back with just my ĥusband i would prob stay next door at seven stars property was beautiful staff was so friendly and their restaurants which i think we went to all of them were amazing. If i went back with my kids i would probably stay at ocean club west again due to the size of the rooms and the location but this time i would set my expectations for what the resort is.

First time I was on that side of town. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Walkable. The shuttle to the other property was also a plus.

Ocean Club West was perfect! It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The property was beautiful and so clean. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs at the pool. All of the staff were extremely nice and made us feel welcomed. I would stay here again and would recommend

Absolutely amazing

Beautiful location, the beach is unbelievable!!!! Solana restaurant had wonderful food. Although our 2 bedroom suite was dated, the space was excellent and view was fantastic

Having a small kitchen and laundry in unit made for easy packing. Grocery, shops and restaurants all.walkable. Amazing beach

Great location and very relaxing

Loved our stay at Ocean Club West. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. The pull out bed in the living room was a bit squeaky and uncomfortable but the kids didnt mind. Everything we needed was in the kitchen area to make breakfast or lunch if we wanted to. Grocery store was a 10 min walk and the resort gives you a little wagon to bring your groceries back easier. If it rains and you need a umbrella, they have those as well! The resort is very clean and well maintained. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful soft sand beach with crystal clear torquoise waters. Staff was nice and polite.

Our room was really nice and we were close to the pool, restaurant, and beach. We mostly ate at the restaurant at the resort. We got to try a few different things and everything we tasted was pretty good. Also the location of the resort itself was close to the grocery store, shopping, and other restaurants. I wished they had an onsite restaurant or vending machine for late night snacks but overall our stay there was fine.

We loved this resort. Rooms were nice and big. Restaurant on site was a plus. Walkable to shops.

i liked the location, closeness to the beach. the staff was friendly. I didnt like that the bikes they rent out are falling apart, they dont look like they are kept up for use of the guests.

This was our second time visiting. It was even better than the first. The staff at Solana was amazing! We will definitely come back!!

The hotel room was spacious with great views and located on the best beach area. It could use more street lighting near the main road entrance sidewalks for easier walking to nearby restaurants.
