We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and while it had nice amenities there were a number of problems. One was cleanliness- found some unwanted hair on pillows, bugs on carpet. The dishwasher was falling out of the inset every time I used it, the icemaker /fridge was loud and woke us up all night. The light bulbs needing changing, the bedding was a little thin and didn't fit the bed well, the couch bed was terribly uncomfortable. The indoor pool was far too stuffy but the pool was too cold- the little things.Nothing horrible but not a lot of attention to detail.

We stopped on our road trip from New York and we really loved it! We brought our dog with us.

We left things in the room with 2 hours to go until check out. Went to put other things in the car and came back to maids in our room, even though we didn’t check out and our things were missing. The maid said “no” several times when we said we said our things were missing. Our daughter in law slipped in Oscar things when she saw from her hotel room what was going on and before we got back to the room. Again, we never checked out nor was it time to check out.

The front desk staff lack basic customer service skills. I waited 15 min for someone to show up and get my family checked in. The front desk processed to try and swipe my card for “incidentals” without asking me or telling me the price ($75 extra for my dog), and then became very argumentative and defensive when I voiced my concern that I didn't consent to her taking my card and swiping it for me. She threw my card keys at me without directing me where my room was located. Extremely unprofessional staff, and just bizarre behavior. The room was smelly, many things broken, dirty, and in disrepair. The continental breakfast was severely lacking the basics like orange juice. This is not worth the money, you're better off at best western.

Did not like how there was 1 ice machine for entire hotel. Carpet was ripped in our room, noted at checkout so we wouldn’t be charged. Bathroom was dirty with hair etc in shower.

It was comfortable, safe location and mostly clean. There was something gross in the tub that either didn’t get washed down or the drain backed up and deposited stuff. Otherwise the room and bed was clean. And I’m a picky person when it comes to “clean”. There were two bags of trash in the hall next to the elevator on our floor. Didn’t think too much about that until they were still there the next morning. Gross!
Breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The breakfast and eating area was clean.

Stayed for one night. Clean room. Only complaint is the thermostat wouldn't go under 70°, and I prefer it cooler at night to sleep. Quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was fine except for the sofa bed. The mattress on it was so thin and lumpy it was more like a mat than a mattress. We had to sleep on the couch. I would not advertise this as a second bed.

I received notification that my room was canceled 15 minutes before I arrived to the hotel. Once I got there I was told that they had busted pipes and had to cancel some rooms. It was a very busy weekend because of a basketball championship and it was very difficult to find another room. I did not get to stay at this hotel after booking almost 3 months in advance

The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Saturday evening the lady at the desk went out of her way to get me an ice bucket and ice (our was missing from our room). They were all super nice to our dog too.

Bathrooms & kitchen areas should be update. Quiet but dated. Toilet seat needs to be replaced peeling. Carpet ripped at bar area. Pans worn. Electric burners twisted & uneven. Kitchen faucet spray water everywhere. Bath tub worn & stained. Hotel mgmt wouldn't honor rate upon arrival that was $20 cheaper. They could have credited us for hotel credit or future travel.

The only problem we had was the pool was down,and book there to swim. The breakfast was great, the room was like an apartment, it was a good place to stay. Hope next time we visit the area they have the pool going.

We booked a stay a couple days out, and expected a standard room. This hotel is right next to the interstate, and our room was on the corner of the building next to the interstate.
The wind blowing that night seeped through the windows and whistled. I double checked that they were closed tightly and they were. The highway noise inside of the room was so loud that my wife and had to wait for a break in traffic to talk, and we were 3 feet apart. Otherwise we couldnt hear. I got about 2 hours of sleep because the semi-truck noise was so loud all night. The only time we got a break from the traffic was when the AC unit kicked on and muffled 80% of the outside noise.
Breakfast sucked! Those were not real eggs as advertised, and were still ice cold when they were just brought out.
Carpet in the main halls wasnt stretched and it looked like it was just placed there and left. (Ripples and all. It is a tripping hazard)
The rooms were adequate for the age of the building, and they were clean. The staff was friendly for the little interaction we had.

We were staying with some friends and their kids. Going to the softball games at Mizzou. Kids were very disappointed that the pool was closed which we did not find out about until we got there. 1/2 the doors in the hotel did not work. This hotel was in desperate need of a renovation. We were very disappointed, the staff was great but the accommodations were not.

We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with pullout sofa. Spacious space for family of 5 with 3 teens. However the pullout sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on for son. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in nice staff. Breakfast was typical. Always love Residence Inn.

The property was pet friendly and allowed both of our large labs with additional costs. The overall condition of the room was dated and the shower was rusted but everything worked fine and was a adequate room for our family.

I've stayed here before and like the hotel but this visit customer service wasn't the best. I traveled alone and the check-in guy didn't even hold the door open for me even though I struggled with carrying everything, he just watched me. I thought it was clean until I found a dried up contact lens stuck to the bathroom counter. Gross.

Convenient to get to, parking well lit, clean, VERY nice room. Staff is friendly and considerate.
If I go through Columbia again I'll be sure to stay here. This is the best hotel we've stayed in on the whole trip so far. I wish we could get this quality and value everywhere we stay.
