After my son and I were unceremoniously booted off Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) because my son had a nervous break down and NCL didn't know how to deal with it, we stayed at the Juneau Hotel. It is within walking distance to downtown. The bed is big and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and include a living room, kitchen and bedroom. We really appreciated the in-room washer and dryer for laundry. The staff was responsive and friendly.

Loved walking to the store once I found the beautiful boardwalk along the water. The walk into downtown was a bit further and walkable, but you can also get a Lyft ride for under $10. I wish there were closer places for dinner, since you pretty much had to walk to downtown about 10 minutes, but the Sandpiper cafe was an excellent choice for breakfast and lunch and only a 10 minute walk.
The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were well equipped. Our room was close to a busy street but traffic disappeared at night until around 7 am, and mostly I was never bothered by traffic noise. I’d stay here again.

Rooms were super clean, new carpeting, comfortable beds. Great location to the harbor and walking distance to downtown. Nearby IGA grocery store, nearby coffee shops. Hotels in Juneau are higher priced but this was less than the competition nearby.

My husband had Covid the develop into a lung infection on one of the cruises and they offloaded us in Juneau. My son called several hotels and decided on this one. They were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Any details that I could share but I’m still here, so I would highly recommend this hotel. They have a wonderful staff and accommodation.

The room was clean, with kitchen facilities that I used and a washer/dryer that I did not use but appreciated having the option of using. Very walkable to the civic center and downtown Juneau.

We chose this place primarily because there was not a lot of choices. But it stood out because it had a workout room. We were disappointed that none of the 3 arobic machines were operational. This an older hotel but it is clean and as a bonus had a washer and dryer in the room. I would stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights before beginning a cruise. Our flight arrived at 1:00am and there was someone at the front desk to check us in and get the key to our room. But then it was downhill. This property is very worn and dated. I would not have stayed at this property had I known its condition. The bed mattress was worn and sagging. A lot of the property including our room had wine color carpet and it did not look very clean. The toilet stopped working second day and although an employee brought a plunger and tried to repair the toilet it was still not properly working the rest of our stay. Our room was near an outside trash container and at 6:30am it sounded like the truck was driving through our room. I am disappointed and do not recommend this property.

The property was nice and Marie, the manager, was very responsive and helpful when a problem arose with one of her employees failing to communicate with us on a change of airport transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will gladly go back!

We were surprised how worn this place was given the high ratings on Hotels.com. Very expensive. Maintenance problem with some leak downstairs. Fire alarm went off at 2am. Also surprised that while advertised as in downtown Juneau it is really a mile from the historic downtown. Industrial surroundings, no food service. Extremely nice staff though.

It looked pretty rustic from the outside. The lobby was similar. But I don't like to pay for lobbies. Our suite was huge, complete with kitchenette and washer/dryer. What a pleasant surprise!

check in and check out was quick and easy. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The driver who picked us up at the airport was very helpful and even waited patiently for us when we had to go back to the gate to retrieve an item we left on the plane. We will definitely recommend this to other people and would stay there again. The only negative was that the kitchen was very sparingly equipped. There needs to be more cups, plates, bowl, pots and pans, silverware, etc.

Hotel was VERY accommodating when we got there in the morning and they let us get into our room early. Having the washer and dryer in the room was very nice. Yes, it's an older hotel, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable

Not sure why I booked a suite, but we ended up with a huge apartment with kitchen/dining/living room area. There was a washer dryer in the unit, and midway through a 2 week vacation, this was very helpful. Excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower. We were on the bridge side, but weren’t overly bothered by traffic noise, and appreciated the view. Very clean, front desk was helpful. Used exercise room with weight that I appreciated. Elevator broke second day, but can’t be helped. Easy to walk downtown. Would stay there again.

Was good for a 4 night stay. Nice to be able to relax with a kitchen and the living area.

The property is at the intersection of two very busy roads. It is therefore, very noisy. Due to the heat being always on, it wasn't possible to close the windows to help dampen the noise. We finally convinced the maintenance man to turn off the heat so we could shut windows at night. If you're sensitive to sound, don't stay here.

I like that the hotel is right next to a beautiful public park that features a sculpture of a life-size humpback whale. The park also has great views of water and mountains, and a long boardwalk/walkway.

The hotel was in Juneau but not in downtown Juneau as i thought. It had no restaurant and there was no restaurant within easy walking. The nearest was dominos pizza 15 minutes away. The room was a suite with a kitchen and living room in addition to the bedroom. It was large and comfortable but definitely very worn.

I stayed here prior to a bike trip from Haines to Valdez. The hotel was a convenient walk to downtown and offered easy access to bike rides to Mendenhall Glacier and Douglas Island. Had a washer/dryer in the room also. They offered timely transportation from the airport and to the ferry. Like most hotels in AK, it’s a little dated but clean and functional.

Rooms were spacious, however the ceiling fans were dirty as were the baseboards.
Of the 4 table lamps only 1 had a light bulb, & 1 lamp was damaged. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen clean, & bedding was fresh & clean. It was close to the airport but the shuttle advertised is shared with other hotels. It wasn't advertised that reservations were needed for the shuttle. Woukd NOT stay there again. Also no restaurants nearby.
