Very good location. Right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Médina de Tunis is a 10 minute walk. Nice big room. Breakfast was very good for a 3-star hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. Would recommend.

Great location, about 10mins walk to old Medina & 5 mins to the clock tower. Plenty of shops & restaurants right by the hotel. Room was clean & modern. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can go downstairs to reception to get hot water for drinks. Very good buffet breakfast. AC just blowed out hot air

I had a bad experience at the hotel. The girl receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She asked a 15-year-old for her ID, even though we had already shown her school ID with her picture. I will definitely not stay there again. I used to stay there when I came from the United States, but after how they treated my wife, I will never book this hotel again.

Great place

Bug alert. Right upon checkin I told the front desk about mosquitoes and suggested they get a spray for the room and completely seal the window. They didn’t do anything even though they said someone was coming to do something. When I tried to change rooms because no one came to fix anything, I was told the hotel is full. So I blasted the AC and hid under the covers to get some shut eye. After I woke itching to multiple bites on my face, and arms the morning staff were more attentive- the big red marks on my body helped too! They gave me a can of bug spray and had maintenance fix the window seal. I’ve been spraying my room every time I leave which seems to have corrected the issue. What a terrible night though - three days later I’m still itching.

The room was on top of noisy restaurant with a live band, the room is so small, also the shower has no curtain.

The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is always great with a lot of variety. We also ordered dinner twice which we found very tasty and portions were more than adequate. Only drawback was that they did not have any type of juice except lemon for breakfast.

I liked how friendly the staff all were the service from all the staff were amazing they couldn't have done better, only criticism was the bedroom view was not great but my room was great no bug problems as all aircon worked great, i had a great time staying here.

I came to this hotel last year. There are also points where they improve themselves. Especially the variety of breakfast has increased. For other meals, the variety is very little. Kitchen staff need to improve themselves a lot about customer behavior. It has huge shortcomings. Its proximity to the city center and ease of transportation are great advantages. They are very good at cleaning and hygiene.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Boys at front door were really helpful with our luggage, taxis and even guiding us for nice eateries around the area. Reception staff was equally nice and professional with smiles on their faces always. Room was clean and quiet. Variety offered in breakfast was amazing. You can enjoy the morning quiet and the hustle of the day from the balcony. Location is very nice with lot of shopping places on walking distance.This was my first time and I would come back here.

It is a nice hotel in the heart of Tunis central, l realy enjoy my stay in Carlton . It is amazing and comfortable . breakfast was varied and people was friendly . Highly recommended . will stay again .
