The rooms could use updating - we especially the carpets. Looked quite stained.

We liked how well set up the rooms are for longer stayed, thinking of extended family from out of country visiting. Very clean and everything in good shape. Bed was comfy and air con worked well. Decent water pressure and temperature. Decent selection for buffet breakfast which was included along with free parking and wifi.

If you’re here for the pool, don’t stay here. While the rooms and staff were great, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was really cloudy and was filled with hair. Breakfast was great though. They had an outdoor area that the kids were able to use. They had basketballs at the front desk too. Rooms are clean. Staff were really helpful.

Pros: Easy parking, clean lobby and breakfast area, easy check in and out. Polite staff.
Breakfast was included but very mediocre.
Cons: Shampoo wasn't filled in one of the bathrooms, dishwasher only has 1 soap pod for 3.5 day stay and dishes werent put away from previous guest. Beds are only made every other day. Expensive for small rooms.

The room was big, (King Suite) shower was older, pillowcase had and older visible stain on it, but was “clean”. Breakfast was pretty good, other than the omelettes that were offered in one morning where not good, but the scrambled eggs the next day were ok.
The hotel was quiet as. Had some cold features, basketball court, outdoor terrace.

The air conditioner units in the rooms need to be cleaned. Stayed at hotel with my family and in-laws. Everyone was affected with repository issues after our week stay at the hotel.

We were travelling with my mother, who uses a wheelchair. The room and roll-in shower were very accessible. The staff were wonderful. It is exceptionally difficult to find hotel rooms that can accommodate 3 adults with a roll-in shower; as a married couple supporting a disabled parent, I am very appreciative. However, some small improvements would make a BIG difference - a raised toilet seat and a non-slip floor in the shower (maybe a rubber mat?). Before supporting my Mom, these are things I would not have recognized as being important, so I am sharing my “expertise”. :)

I stayed with my family. I enjoyed the suite set up for the most part. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink. That was different but not a bad thing. The tv remote didn’t work that well. The breakfast options were far better one morning better than the other. 4.5/5. Would definitely return.

The hotel met all our needs, the restaurant and reception staff were very helpful and friendly however, the housekeeping service was inadequate. On 3 occasions we had no service, the reception staff having to provide us with clean towels and toilet tissue. This service was only provided on alternate days so we only received the service on 2 occasions in a 12 night stay. Other than that no complaints

We were not able to book our usual hotel for the 10 day visit. This is the first time we have stayed here and, are ver impressed. A suite was more than we needed, a regular room would have sufficed but, a suite does offer more options if you are inclined to prepare meals etc.

Holy moly….this place has completely gone down hill since 2005! The property is not maintained outside and the rooms are sub par. Like most things are worn and theres no utensils in the drawers. The fridge has an ice maker and the in room hot tub was cleaned well and worked…only positive thing i have to say. THE POOL WAS HORRIFIC…the bottom of the pool was partially cleaned and the rest you could see algae. It was not heated and we were super disappointed because my toddler really wanted to go swimming. I KNEW i should have booked the Hilton in Oakville, SERIOUSLY GO TO OAKVILLE HOMEWOOD SUITES….as soon as immigrants take over anything it goes to complete SHYT! #Straightfacts

Overall good property for my family. Rooms were very spacious, 4 had a 2 bedroom suite.
Some little things need updating, such caulking along window sills, and window curtains / need to be replaced due to holes that let the light in. I shared this feedback with the front desk who offered me a new room. I declined but wanted to let them know so they can prepare the room better for the next guest.
Overall, would stay again.

The hotel was in a great easy to access location. The property itself was quiet and clean. The staff were quick to assist if called apon. The breakfast had a large selection and the Wednesday supper is a nice treat. As with all locations you look hard and you can find things that need to be updated. Overall the location is a great option and having cooking abilities can help cut costs.

The hotel itself was fine, but I was quite disappointed that after driving several hours my room was not ready upon check-in at 3pm. Instead, when I arrived at 3:30pm, I was informed that my room would not be available for at least another half hour. Consequently, I was not able to freshen up before continuing on to Toronto for a sports event that evening and did not end up checking-in until close to midnight. Needless to say, I was not impressed and won’t likely be staying at this location again.

This hotel was great for our dance comp!
Only 2 downfalls: the pool was freezing cold and the beds were way too soft.
Besides those, the breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious and the facility was clean.
The staff were all very friendly, even at 6 am for breakfast!

The furniture in the room had animal damage. The sofa was shredded on both sides. The look of the rooms was also very dated. The smell in the hallway was horrible.
