Place is a little shabby. Smokers stand or sit in the stairwell at the back entrance and you have to walk through a wall of smoke to use that entrance. Plus, there are cigarette butts all over the ground.

This was a great place to spend two nights with two exceptions: no bedside clock and no ice machine. Additionally, surrounding the hotel were apartments and offices but no businesses to walk to for dining or shopping.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were all super nice. Room was awesome. And the pool was clean and warm. Very nice.

Property had a bad odor, some furniture should be in a dumpster not a room, elevators were dirty, and room wasn't ready. I question who else had recently lived there or still occupy.

I went to extend the next day and there were no rooms online. I think they blooked all the rooms off so they could do a deep clean. I calledhje front desk and they said I could extend directly with them. All of a sudden on day two the manager said she had a problem with my Id/credit card and wouldn't make any exceptions. I finally got a friend to come over and pay with her card/Id. I told the front desk and they told me they would give till 12:30. Went to front desk at 12:20 and they tell me they have no rooms sorry. So rude. I had to scramble to find a room somewhere else. So rude!!

I was put on a floor where there were long term people living. I had to move rooms due to the smell of weed. The room didn’t have hangers, ironing board, the furniture needed to be updated and fire alarm wasn’t present. The staff were very nice though and understanding which I appreciated. I have stayed in many residence inns. This one just didn’t feel the same. The second room was much better. Cleaner and smelled better. Air conditioning was much better in second room.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. But my room's dark lighting and color scheme felt gloomy And you had to search for the wastebasket, which was found in a cabinet under the kitchen sink.

I stayed three nights and room was never cleaned even when i asked them. Kept having to ask for clean towels.

This hotel was one of the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in. The lobby and elevator had dirty floors and walls. The furniture was terribly worn. The room had blood on the bathroom door jamb that I could wipe off - no clue how the cleaning people missed it. The shower it had hairs in the corners. And I was actually wondering if the sheets were clean. One pillow smelled dirty and another smelled like someone’s perfume. There was a blood stain on the comforter. I would have left if it made sense. Just had to stay one night and I knew other hotels around were booked. Can’t believe how gross it was!!

The service was excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful but it wasn’t the cleanest hotel. Needed to use the pull out couch and the mattress was pretty gross, not to mention having no sheets for it just an old gross brown fleece blanket that had cigarette burns on it. Other than that the room was good sized for us and had lots of amenities, including a full sized fridge and dishwasher! Nice hot (free) breakfast but not much seating. Overall I’d say 4 out of 5 stars

The stay was pleasant. The women working at the front desk were all super polite and friendly! The room was comfy and felt like I was at home. I did notice some areas of the room were left with crumbs from prior people that stayed. There was a mildew

The room and hallways were very nice. The staff at front desk and breakfast were excellent. The grounds and common areas entering and leaving the building need very much improvement, these were dirty and there were people sitting in the parking area. The first impression of a facility is when you arrive and ours was not good. Overall our stay was very good, just clean up your outside and common areas!

The residence Inn is filthy, decrepit and I would not be surprised if they are housing illegals. The smells wafting through the hallways were nauseating. There was standing water in the bathroom sink because the drain closure was
broken. I washed my face and brushed my teeth in the kitchen sink. If it wasn't so late at night, I would have left the hotel.....I did so the following day and notified my credit card company to place the charge in dispute......Marriot is failing miserably with this brand..

The ladies at the check in were so friendly and gracious. Such a welcomed experience after our long drive. This hotel is pet friendly with a welcome cookie for our tuckered out fur baby. Thank you ladies !!

I have been returning to the Residence Inn for over 6 years. It feels like home. The staffing is always very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for meeting with family and friends and very conveniently for exploring Worm Town and Central MA. I was extremely pleased to see that updating and grounds care are still addressed with care.

Stay was fantastic when we got and checked in she gave me a free upgrade to a bigger suite. The room was clean, comfortable quiet, hotel staff was amazingly friendly and professional. I will definitely go back and stay again.

This property is charging premium rates but the high cost is unjustified. There were group of young kids roaming the hallways and being disruptive. There were also guest who seemed to have been living in this hotel for quite some time. If this hotel is being used to house individuals in need then the paying customer should be made aware prior to booking the place. Housekeeping also just came into our room without knocking or checking to see if it was ok. Don’t plan on staying here in the foreseeable future.

Beyond a comfortable suite, staff were excellent! Front-desk people were helpful, friendly and remembered me and my circumstances. Breakfast room staff were friendly and efficient.
