Manger very rude

We found someone's expired prescription shampoo from 2021 in between the 2 towels in pur bathroom! Also, the "free breakfast" had expired food and a few days old doughnuts that were rock hard. I know it's a budget room (at $65/night), but it was not worth the itching/rashes that we ended up with!

The entrance was filthy and it smelled terrible. Did not even get to room because of nasty floors etc. we were not about to stay there.

The room smelled musty. The sheets smelled as if they hadn't been washed and the sink counter and ice bucket were dirty. The gentleman who checked me in was nice but charged my credit card twice.

…. Dirty bathroom, grounds had trash unpicked up the tow days we were there. Noisy neighbors who cooked and drank outside till late hours of the night. Would NOT recommend this place at all.

Very outdated, room was dirty, and needed repairs

This is an old property in dire need of updating! While the bedding was clean, the walls weren’t. Curtains very worn, towels were old and threadbare. I didn’t take a shower due to the lack of feeling like it was clean. The furniture in the room is chipped and scratched badly, and there was a very strong, bothersome musty smell. The people working there were very rude. They offer a free breakfast but I gave that a hard pass after dealing with the condition of my room. This must be an old property, and it needs quite a bit of improving. For one night it worked, but I won’t be back. Was definitely not worth what I paid. Very disappointed.

Unbelievably bad. You should not be associated with facilitating the rental of such properties. When you have to pay nearly $300 for one night you expect it to be at least livable. The shower was inoperable and full of mold and the whole place was filthy. Burn holes in the bedspread. I went to Gonzales to see a friend preach. If I had not made the commitment to attend his sermon I would have turned around and gone back to San Antonio. I will think long and hard about using Expedia again. Sorry to say this but unacceptable is unacceptable. No one reading this would stay in this place.

Did not stay. This place is a terrible mess. Dirty, smelly, very shabby. Front desk was very sketchy using my credit card multiple times - very poor. I left after seeing / smelling the room

THE POOL WAS GREEN. HALF EATEN DONUT BEGINS THE DOOR TO ROOM. I DID NOT HAVE DONUTS. TV WENT OFF AT 8PM AND NEVER CAME BACK ON. CHECK OUT ABOUT 10:30AM AND STILL NO TV. TOILET RAN TO THE POINT OF SHUTTING OF THE WATER.

Very clean.

Not at all what I expected from the photos. This motel is very old and run down. The parking lot had people paint vehicles in it at night. I took my 12 year old granddaughter there for two nights but we only stayed one night. I do not recommend this motel.

It was gross. The front desk clerk was helpful and congenial but the facilities are just bad. The sink didn't drain, there were cigarette burns on the sheets, and we found bed bugs. I was refunded for one room and I appreciated the front desk clerk but I would never stay here again.

Manager hung up on me while discussing my reservation. He was very rude and not helpful.

Could have been cleaner.

Clean and comfortable with a real couch in room instead of chairs. Only problem was the ice machine was broken, but office manager supplied us ice from the office staff ice maker.

Stay here was exceptional from start to finish the room was asked prescribed the manager post was professional and friendly. When he saw I was walking with a cane he came to my room and offered to help unload my luggage I was very surprised at this extra attention.. I noticed that about people in Texas friendly and looking out for each other even if they’re strangers

Absolutely nothing was good. Literally would've just been a place to sleep but with people in next room bumping music and yelling all night couldn't even get a rights rest.

It was kept clean. The only thing i missed was the eggs and sausage they didn't have. But the manager was very nice about everything.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Toilet seat was so loose.One had difficulty using it. Room showed lots of wear on tear.

I absolutely love the staff at this hotel! I wish everyone remembered that when they are looking for cheaper options they are NOT going to get the same accommodations as the Ritz Carlton. This hotel is conveniently located, easy to find, has great parking, and is pet friendly. The owner is SO responsive and friendly and really wants his clients to have the best experience possible. His willingness to make sure my needs are met, makes me feel like a valued customer and I know I will have a safe and comfortable place to sleep for the night. A comfortable place to sleep for a low price and a kind and courteous staff is what I want and what I get at this Quality Inn. YES... We will definitely stay there again!

Close to attractions

Do not recommend, not a place you would like to sleep at, not family friendly. Bedsheets were dirty, dead bugs, no electricity in rooms, disgusting odor in rooms.

We booked this hotel very last minute to attend a funeral, upon arrival vibes were very offf. Not a comfortable environment I shall say. We got to our room and upon entering our it was hot (it’s understandable they have the a/c’s since room was not being used) BUT if I book least you can do is go and turn it on, especially during the summer times. Then we noticed dirty sheets, looked like old dried up semen stains, I am being very specific because when I told local family that live in the area about where i was staying at, they right away stated that place is the worst and that it’s known for hookups. Keep in mind I was looking for a family place to sleep for 2 nights… I was not about to risk those being actual human bodily fluids, who knows what diseases they carry. On top of dirty sheets, the “SECURITY” lock did not work, there was a dead small cockroach on the coffee table and the wall mounted tv looked very dirty, finger prints and all… I had enough that I didn’t even give the restroom a chance… I was not about to sleep my family there. I had seen reviews about it being an okay place especially for the price but next time I know better. I will never go for cheapest, you get what you pay. We left right away and booked else where. i tried requesting a refund and it was denied by company manager. STAY AWAY from this one.

Did not feel safe at all. I would like my money refunded. I had to stay at another hotel.
