This is the second time we have stayed here. I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Angkor Resort. The place is clean, the staff very friendly and the food is very good. The resort is not too close to town, but close enough to be convenient. The rates are very reasonable too.
I would recommend to anyone to stay here, you won't be sorry.

I thought the hotel was rated as a 5 star but i disagree. I will give the resort no more than 4 stars. The building is old, the AC is not always running in the common areas. I had a massage and i had to share my room with a male friend because they only had one steamer. Although there was a curtain in between, it was kind of uncomfortable. If i had known, i would've selected a different type of massage.
The Buffett breakfast was good but the juices were not freshly made. The OJ tasted like Tang.
The staff was super friendly though. No complaint about it.

This ia a beautiful hotel. The entrance is magnificent, the decoration beautiful, the room was large. Ours had a balcony looking to the wonderful swimming pool. The staff very friendly and cooperative. They have shuttle service from and to the airport which us really convenient. They will also take you on the shuttle to other places.

Amazing hotel, the room was spacious and really comfortable, the bathroom was great and very clean, the staff were really attentive and always there, the pool, wow a great size and quiet, probably the biggest pool that I have seen in hotel for a long time, if you want a few days chilling this is the place to do it

An excellent hotel. The only complaint is spotty wifi service and occasional power failures. Otherwise the facilities are very good. The pool area is particularly impressive

This was a great place and I would stay there again for sure. Only about 45min drive to the temples and other attractions. Food was great and the prices I thought was reasonable.

We had a lovely stay from start to finish. All of the staff we met were very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. It was special being farewelled at the start of each day as we went out and then being greeted when we returned. The pool was lovely and the food excellent. I found my bed to be a bit firm but my friend found her bed to be fine. I would definitely make a beeline for the resort if I go back to Siem Reap.

This hotel is near Angkor Wat (20 minutes) and the concierge service is really something else, they were amazing. Asian hospitality at its best.

Restaurant not great and breakfast was a scrum due to large tour groups. Staff were very good especially Grace at the front desk and Tuk Tuk number 10 was also excellent.Wifi was a challenge.

Easy to go about. Restaurant provides good food. Breakfast excellent. Staff from front desk to doormen very polite. All 9 from group enjoyed the stay and very impressed by staffs way of carrying out their duties.

The hotel is close to the airport (less than 10 minutes) but far from the downtown area--you'll need a tuktuk or complimentary shuttle. Be forewarned, though, you must book the shuttle in advance and there's no guarantee you'll even get on (this happened to us as it was full). It also runs limited hours, so you need to plan accordingly. The rooms are nice--nothing special, but comfortable bed! Breakfast buffet was good--wide variety of food. However, do not eat in the restaurant--the food is overpriced (banana "smoothie"--was literally a blended banana in cold milk--was $3.75 and so not worth it (especially when you can buy a large DELICIOUS one off the street for $1.00). Food is typical hotel food--overpriced and pales by comparison to the cheaper eats not too far away. We left at night and didn't have time to head into town for a final meal. The staff was very accommodating and gracious. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice hotel. Great pool and great breakfast. Super super friendly helpful staff. Not a brand new hotel but everything was in good working clean order. Also, good restaurant. A little far from town but a short tuktuk ride into the center.

The life function might not be as good as those hotels located in downtown, but it's only 5 minutes ride to both airport and downtown. If you do not plan on going too far, Tuk Tuk should be a high-CP choice for getting around. Lucky Mall in downtown area is an excellent place for shopping grocery.

We stayed for 4 very relaxing and comfortable nights. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Well done to all staff even though they were busy preparing for the gala neal for Xmas.The food was very varied between local and western and well prepared and delicious.

Hi- Although the staff was very pleasant we struggled with issues in our room and every time it required at least two visits to the front desk to get something done. First our safe broke and I couldn't get my money out and finally they had to replace the whole safe but it took forever. Next the AC was impossible to regulate- it would be freezing and not adjust to cool or be stuck at warm temperatures and not cool. After several trips to the desk we had to be moved to another room for the night to sort it out. Finally for two days we had no hot water- they finally fixed it. The room curtains were also stained. I did not see this as a 4.5 star hotel.

We had an amazing stay, the management and staff went above and beyond our expectations to please us and ensure that we were comfortable. Our room request was not met so they upgraded us to a villa by the pool. Its very kid friendly and couple friendly too.

The hotel is located about 10 min by Tuk Tuk from the center of town. It had all amenities what one can expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was not clean and smelling. We had to call each time for air freshener. A party was on and the sound even inside the room too loud to sleep. Frequent power fluctuations. Telephone did not work properly and despite request did not get changed. No vegetarian options on the breakfast buffet not to speak of small mosquitoes and flies over fruits and other stuff. Location also not convenient as not in close proximity to markets, restaurants or the famous pub street. Staff at breakfast section including manager not very helpful not to speak of language issues. When asked for espresso coffee they wanted us to pay more!!! MUST STAY AWAY KIND OF HOTEL.
