The Hampton Inn was very nice. The room was very clean, and the new bathroom was huge, the shower was awesome. Convenient to town for the Christmas lights and Dickens figures.
Would stay again.

The hotel is lovely! provided a chair for the tub which was greatly appreciated! However a grab bar would be a big helk!

Good price for a comfortable stay! Shower was amazing & comfortable bed. Would have liked to see more choices on the breakfast buffet. We would recommend this hotel.

Our overall stay was fine but upon arrival we were told the pool area was under renovations and not usable. That was the whole reason I booked this hotel. While messaging the property they stated it is on their website. Well, I booked in July when the pool was still very much in use according to other reviews. No dates were specified of the closure. Had I been notified of this change prior to arriving, I would have booked elsewhere. I got to pay $150 a night in order to use no pool. If I wanted that I would have book a cheaper room somewhere else. Staff was friendly and breakfast good but if you want a pool I’d wait until renovations are complete or book elsewhere.

Chose to stay here over a neighbouring hotel because it would have a pool. A pool is pictured so I did not double check listed amenities. Upon check in I find out that the pool has been closed for a couple of weeks. They did offer to cancel my reservation but it was simpler to leave things as is.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Our one issue was that another guest mistakenly used his key to enter our room. We were in the room at the time. We went to the front desk and they immediately gave us another room. It was just as neat and clean, but the faucet in the bathroom was broken. It fell off when my wife tried to use it.

We loved the rooms but the pool was not working. The front desk staff and the maid on our floor were nice, some other staff did not speak. The breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff were very friendly

As much as I understand that a lot of hotels are under construction it, would be nice for these rates to clean up the areas when done for the day. Things were left through the hallway we were in, where we had to scoot around them to get to our door. Was pretty off putting.
Staff was great though as usual, breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices and the rooms were comfy! They’re very motorcycle friendly which is always great as well

This hotel is undergoing a renovation. The room we were assigned was on a floor that was under construction so there was lots of construction dust even though they did have a construction zipper up. The room itself was deplorable as it wasn't yet renovated. Super damaged furniture and the AC didn't really work right. When we got to the room the AC was off despite a day in the upper 90s. We turned it on and it ran all night but never got below the 80s in our room even though it was set to 72. Staff is super nice and I think this place will be great once construction is done but until then it was a pretty miserable experience.

This Hampton is in the midst of a remodel. The main lobby, and 2nd floor desperately need help!! However I hear the 3rd and 4th floors look amazing!!
The staff goes out of their way to be kind & helpful including housekeeping and the food staff.

Property was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Lots of restaurants near by. Rooms are very nice size. Breakfast is included too. Definitely would stay here again.

They had an issue with hot water and the staff were very apologetic and gave us a discount on the price. They handled the tough issue very well.

The place was a little dated, but still pretty good. Everything can't always be new. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The area was very safe and had food and drink options. It's perfect for an overnight stay in route on a bigger trip.

Our room was dirty, not vacuumed in ages, very dusty. Tub grimey. Very disappointed as hampton is usually our go to. Beds were cleaner at least and fairly comfortable

Great stay at Hampton Inn Cambridge Ohio , the King Suite was exceptionally clean , and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Will be returning to stay this summer when we are in town for our Motocross Series.

Julian, at the front desk does an outstanding job. We were so happy to see him when we arrived. He was working the last time we were traveling this way. We enjoyed talking with him and he has the at your service attitude. The hotel is clean and nice location for a quick overnight stay. Hampton Inn is very consistent.

Rebecca checked us in and made us aware of the pool area being closed. She wanted to make sure we were aware and okay with it before checking us in. She offered suggestions of things to do in the area. We will definitely be back again!
