Got checked in and up to the room, the heat did not work. Told the front desk and they moved me to another room. The heat worked but the TV did not, I sent a note to the front desk but no one should up to fix it. Went without the TV the complete stay.

The place was ran down with druggies and homeless everywhere. Thankfully our truck didn’t get broken into or our motorcycle stolen. Will never stay there again.

Toilet was not clean upon arrival. This wasn’t a big deal on its own, considering public toilets are a thing, but it called into question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The only pillows available were throw size, and the blankets were very thin. The mattress was free of bed bugs though, and check-in was easy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend, but it served its purpose as a cheap hotel right off the highway.

Is a old motel, Had a couple with a dog next to us barking. Also Marijuana smoke house next to hotel, The air smells of Marijuana.

Granted, it was Saturday night and a full hotel. However, the upstairs room was so noisy, outside and in, that it required earplugs for sleep. Also, oddly, the room AC was mounted so high above the bathroom counter that it couldn’t be adjusted from high cool and the bed had only one thin blanket. And, the pillows!! Sofa pillows, hard as rocks— never experienced anything like that in 50 years of travel. Front desk lady was very nice, although short staffed. Suggesting a makeover for this place.

The staff was very friendly and professional and the bed was comfortable, the location was convenient, however the hotel room definitely showed its age. They could benefit by upgrading the heating and air for sure, luckily the weather was moderate so we didn't have to utilize it much. The room was clean too, but the bathroom had signs of previous mildew and the grouting just gave a look that may make someone question the cleanliness. The toilet was very low and small. An upgrade may be useful especially for those that have arthritis or difficulty standing from low sitting furniture. Our first night the noise level was okay, but the 2nd night there were other patrons that were very loud outside and although our door and window was closed we could hear them as though they were in our room. The door did not have a tight seal and you could see light around the entire door when it was closed. We also had upstairs neighbors that were walking around and not sure what else in the middle of the night. It was loud enough to wake us and keep us from getting back to sleep easily.

No pool, poor breakfast, uncomfortable bed and pillows, flies. On the good side, quiet and staff was good.

The Ontario location is old and needs to be upgraded when compared to other locations. Good location and the room was clean, that is the important thing.
