Needs a little updating, but a good, sim0le hotel

our stay was not good at all the shower rod was loose would not close the shower curtain all the way water spots on the ceiling in the bathroom, bathroom door would not shut all the way it was warped, no ice machine on the 2nd floor, breakfast not good at all.

Pool had too much chlorine in it, we had to open doors and staff opened windows the kids were choking trying to play in the pool and my eyes were burning trying to sit and watch them, the experience was horrible 😳 , we had to leave after only being there for 20mins..told staff but he seemed unconcerned...

The airconditioner did not get very cool.

Nice for 1 nt stay.

We have stayed here a few times. Good location, pet friendly and nice folks. Could use a bit of updating

The worst place I’ve ever been . Staying in a dumpster would be better.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, water was hot. What was strange is the room had a coffee table but no couch/loveseat, so there was an empty space where it should have been.

We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Just one item, Room 226, the coffee maker was not working. The water never got hot and i could read the newpaper through the brew.

Amazing hotel, super friendly. Close to everything

My husband and I stayed here traveling from Orlando to Memphis. We were very happy with the accommodations. The bed and room were very comfortable and the hotel was right off the highway which was convenient. The front desk staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable .

I came here alone for a cycling trip and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Check-in was very smooth. My room was very clean and the coffee was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Just an average old hotel in need of remodeling

It was ok. The pool looked dirty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. There was hair left on the walls in the shower. The beds was comfy, but overall cleanliness was not good. The halls smelt. Staff was very friendly but that was about the only thing the hotel had going for it.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the pool did not look clean. The property needs some TLC and repairs. Bathroom and our room had a bad odor.

Great place to stay

First... it's a Best Western. So think value. It's an older property. They do a good job of every day cleaning. But, the hallway smelled like a horse barn (old carpet). The room was clean. The facility was safe and quiet (hotel sold out). No shampoo, C/O unit kept chirping. Mentioned, they didn't take care of. So we took off the wall and brought it to desk. Never fixed (4 nights) We were there for an event at the Barber Motorsports Park. It worked out just fine...

So, there was a little mix-up on my reservation, but the check-in guy went the extra mile to get it resolved. Kudos for that. A less experienced employee, would probably not been able to make it happen.

We came in late and very tired. Solomon was fantastic! Excellent people skills. We came back on our way home.

We got moved rooms 3 times because of a really strong mildew smell. You could still smell it in the 3rd room but it wasn't a bad so we just stayed with it. We did inquire about getting our money back so we could go somewhere else but the man said that he couldn't do it and would have to call the owner to come in. The hotel was really outdated and the renovations they did try to do were shoddy at best. We stayed 3 nights and the guy at the front desk never went home. He was there day and night. He was very nice thigh. The pool was disgusting. The water was really murky and the whole area was filthy. We didn't dare to try and swim, which sucked because we had kids with us and that was part of the reason we chose that hotel. And the icing on the cake.. We ended up leaving a night early without getting refunded because on our final night there, we realized they had a bedbug infestation. I will add that we had someone stay on the third floor who didn't notice anything. We were on the second floor. So it might not be the whole hotel. But our room definitely had them. I definitely would not recommend staying here and if you do, ask if you can see your room before you put any money down because they will not refund you.

Pretty typical Best Western - clean, comfortable, good value. Right off of I-20, plenty of dining choices within a mile. Perfect for our one night stop traveling from Jacksonville FL to Memphis TN.

Furniture had stains, Shower was dirty, most of the hotel smelled like weed

Had issues checking in, clerk was too busy talking on their cell phone to answer any questions asked. Not sure the sheets were changed. TV did not work. Had to pull out the refrigerator to plug it in. Not happy about this stay.

Housekeeping only showed up first day, had to go ask for towels rest of stay and no we didnt have door hanger out. Great location, good breakfast

It was an old hotel that needs updating. A closet doorknob was broken, bathroom was not deep cleaned, old dirty carpet on floors. Breakfast was very scant. It was ok for one night but definitely not worth the price. Can pay about the same for a much cleaner and nicer hotel in the area with a great breakfast.

Nice place and clean for the money. Had free breakfast . It had biscuits, eggs and sausage wasn’t bad.

The internet was so weak I could not connect my laptop. The TV also used streaming, so TV reception was very spotty, and did not include local channels. The water in the shower was barely luke warm. I am not sure the AC did much good. And there was NO INTERNET.

Dog friendly meant the most to me!!! All other services and amenities were great too!

We greatly appreciated our stay at Best Western and extend our gratitude for the exceptional hospitality. Although the swimming pool was notably chilly and appeared slightly unkempt, we indulged in the experience nonetheless, as it complemented our weekend retreat. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was satisfying.
