Great place to rest your head and get breakfast in the morning.

There was no cup for coffee in the room and when I called them for the same they asked me to come down and pick it up. They were supposed to keep it in the room and when I asked them bring it over they wouldn't and told me to come down. Didn't appreciate that

Excellent experience

This hotel and its staff were absolutely lovely. Very clean rooms and the bistro was delicious. The pool is small which wouldn’t have been a big deal, except that a group of baseball players were there throwing a football around the pool which made it impossible for anyone else to swim. But that was definitely more poor parenting than anything else. I wish the staff would have said something to them however. But other than that it was a very nice hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

We were visiting family. We stayed here in December and we’re not pleased with the recent changes. Last time, they had a beautiful breakfast buffet. This was an overpriced hotel- but convenient to where we needed to be and we needed an accessible room. The hotel staff were friendly when we arrived and left. The cleaning staff did not replenish our supplies even when we were specific that we needed soap, washcloths and more disposable cups. Considering we were spending $200 a night- were were really disappointed.

We had an amazing time here at this hotel. The room was clean n very comfortable. You have to experience the bed though. If i could of packed it in my car, i would have!! I am definitely booking here when i have to travel to penn hills!

Friendly Staff and Convenient place to visit Hindu Temple

Check-In was smooth and effortless but once in the room you could tell housekeeping did not do a full cleaning. Crumbs on carpet in various areas of room, hair whether from workers or just mixed up in wash, was on hand towel next to sink and one of the larger towels to use for shower. Bathtub had a slight constant drip and stopper was down so a small puddle had formed before I even checked in. I liked the location as you could easily walk right out the front door and Sheetz was available, as well it was close to highways to get into Pittsburgh in about 20 minutes for games. Overall just upset at the lack of cleanliness and poor attention to detail by cleaning staff.

The hotel was great. Staff friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Cons- We stayed in N accessible room. My husband was irritated by the lack of water pressure in the shower. We couldn’t get the sink fixed so it could properly drain. I stayed here so my grandson could go swimming, but the pool was too cold. The staff was rarely at the front desk. Pro- the breakfast had great options! The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was in a great area- close to a lot of great restaurants and the mall. Very close to the highway! Very quiet!

Nice clean place, good service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early, but I was given a handicap room. The bed was comfortable, and sheets/towels were clean. There was an obvious tear in the couch, and the room smelled like onions the first 2 days, but housekeeping tried their best to spray the room down. The shower nozzle to turn the shower head on needs repair, and the water in the sink drained slowly so by the time I finished brushing my teeth, the sink was full. The property was close to the convention center and a nearby mall, but if you blink, you'll miss the entry to the hotel parking. Getting out of the parking on the other side is confusing but I got the hang of it. There are plenty of spots to park. The rooms really need updating, but I at least slept comfortably until I could hear the staff outside my door. You hear everything in the hallway. It was affordable for the cost to be near my destination, so I did appreciate that.

Our stay was relatively good. There was no hot water for tea in the lobby. It was cold. Toilet didn't flush in room 208. Had to adjust the float.

Definitely enjoyed my stay I will stay again

The room was disappointing. There was no clock and there were no USB outlets. E turned on the lights in the entertainment center and they wouldn’t turn off! The couch was ripped and the shower was dirty. Also, the large nice pool in the hotel photos is not the same pool. There isn’t a restaurant, either. The free breakfast was lackluster, at best. I will not stay here again. I wish I works have booked the Hampton Inn.

We had a terrible experience, and the property manager was supposed to contact Expedia and issue a refund. We booked a King room and were given a different type of room designed for the handicapped with a lousy bathroom and no tub. Also, the sofa bed and blanket were filthy. They shifted us to another room with no working AC. When we requested the person at the front desk to check it, she told us that she was the only one managing all duties at the hotel and wasn’t supposed to leave the front desk unattended. So, we were moved to another room, which matched the type we booked through and paid for via Expedia. By the time we settled, it was too late to get dinner. We drove almost 5 hours and reached the hotel late. Also, the sofa bed in the room we stayed in was filthy. We spoke to the front desk again in the morning, and they showed us a note saying that someone would contact me and Expedia to issue a refund. So far, no one got us. I hope Expedia was informed. We are waiting.

Parking was a tad challenging but they had a couple spots available still at 2am. Otherwise the hotel was great!

Very nice experience from start to finish. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the moment I walked in. Excellent customer service and the hotel suite was beautiful and clean. No complaints. I would definitely recommend.

I originally was in 104 which was an ADA room. The roll-in shower caulk was black in a large portion and the wall paper was peeling. I didn’t look at the rest of the room. I requested a room change. 313 was in much better condition. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Alex communicated to the next shift that I would be back and wanted a different room. The transition was smooth and professional. Overall it was a nice stay. The location was super convenient.

Room is spacious and comfortable. We slept well in the king size bed. Breakfast was delicious! We very much enjoyed our stay!
