Property is under renovation, skill level of contractors is sub par work looks un professional, rooms need to be aired out ac was not working properly basically showered in the dark tile contractor should learn how to finish off his work parking is limited the option to extend ou check out time was wonderful

Quiet place right across from the beach

The place was under construction, looked like a 3 hour stay motel, next door to an amusement park. NOT what we were expecting for a place by the water in Bayville.

The place needs a complete gut job. It’s really run down.

The hotel was so dirty. There was sand in the bed. The hairdryer did not work, nor they light in the vanity area. Upon arrival, they charged five dollars An hour for an early check-in As well as two dollars per person to use the pool. It was the worst overnight stay ever!

Extremely terrible experience with this property and their staff. After booking confirmation from Expedia and text confirmation from property managers a week in advance, they didn't book any rooms and the night, when I was about to reach to property for stay, they told to come tomorrow like I went to buy some sugar and they were out of stock. They were completely at fault but instead of admitting their mistakes, they were very argumentative, aggressive and unwelcoming. The staff behavior was extremely inadequate, awful and unprofessional even when they were on the wrong end. I will not recommend this property to not even my enemies. They lack manners, they lack professionalism and they lack basic etiquettes to treat normal human beings. I talked to Expedia customer care team and they helped me a lot but the customer care guy who was trying to mediate also had a very bad experience with them. The Expedia agent also told me that they lack etiquettes and felt sorry for me. It is really terrible to restart for a 5 hour journey starting at 10 PM in the night with a ailing child at the back of car seat. Its big NOOOO from my side. Do your self a favor and NEVER go to this place.

The room was large and clean. I had trouble opening the room, door stuck and the key did not work easily. There was no phone in the room and I did not have service for my cell phone at that location. The TV was not easy to work, I had 1 channel that I was able to access. Really big step up from parking lot curb to side walk in front of my room. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. I think the price was a bit high for the accommodation.

The water backed up in the bathroom and the sink. I told management about it before I left. Room #25!

Super comfortable bed with soft sheets made for a very relaxing night.

A bit rundown. It did the job well. Close to dining. Staff was great. Just needs to tidy up a lot and maintain better. It’s ok that it’s dated; actually kind of liked it, but if you’re going to charge high, you gotta maintain high too. Thanks again!

This is probably the nicest motel I have ever stayed in. It was clean, in a good spot, and the staff was kind. The outside of the building does look rough and can use a clean-up. There is a lot of garbage in the front and around various corners. My only complaint about the actual room was that it was very hot and the thermostat was broken, they do provide an AC and fan that helps a little. Also, the only shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they put in the room was a 3-in-1 kids' wash and bubble bath. Other than that the beach is right across the street, with plenty of stores, restaurants, and an adventure park. We stayed for a show at UBS arena which is a 40-minute drive from the motel but it was simple and felt much faster. Overall I recommend it!

Although the front desk attendant was friendly, the rooms were clean, cost was reasonable. The property was not maintained & I saw undesirable people in the vicinity.

They made it easy to check in, and if its a slow day they let you check out a half hour late, no charge.

Overall it was good given the price.

The bathtub doesn’t drain the toilets have never been cleaned. The power of the shower was absolutely amazing until I stepped out and realized the water was all over the bathroom, but the fact that prostitutes walk around that motel every night this is not a place to stay for more than an hour.

Locust Valley is one of the wealthiest communities in Nassau county, but the motel is used for one hour visits with your local prostitutes and their pimps. I literally had a prostitute staying next to my room and I heard her pimp beating the hell out of her and when I told the front desk, they told me to mind my own business, I would not recommend this place for a family or a couple but if you’re looking for a one night stand then definitely go there

I liked that there was a lot of shopping and dining options around the property. It could have been a little neater outside but, overall it was a good stay.

We had a nice stay here. It looks like there used to be a resteraunt attached to the front of the hotel, but now it is just a large storage area. The front office is also used as a storage area. Location is very good, nice and quiet away from downtown.

From when we arrived, the credit card scanner did not work. The room had a bad smell like “sweat” or old linen. The TV never worked. Overall,condition of the room was in a run down condition.

Wonderful aesthetics, quaint shoppes, and serene environment surveillance cameras surrounds the entire premises, I highly recommend planning your next trip at this location !

Had to wait outside locked lobby at night for someone to show up at check in. Run down. Get what you pay for $75.night off season.
