The stuff that they had prior was absolutely rude and horrible. It’s gotten a little better but now there’s issues with the plumbing and they’re charging full price with the plumbing is not good and there’s no maintenance to fix the problem.

It's been 3 weeks and my deposit has still not been returned. No notice has been given of complaints of condition I left it in. I left it in pristine condition but my deposit has been withheld. Very dishonest business.

This was an interesting stay for sure. First off, check in and out is not smooth at all. Then we got to the rooms and the beds were not made, so we assisted the poor girl who was not only the front desk clerk but the one that had to make the beds? She was nice though and overworked so I am not blaming her, I think it could just be understaffing. It seems like the people staying there are long term workers in the area perhaps, but a bit sketchy (sitting outside the rooms smoking, openly staring at the ladies unloading). I'm not too picky, the rooms were clean enough for me, but I know a lot of people would have issues. Also, no ice machine, just empty ice trays in the freezer. Full size refrigerator/freezer so I have to give credit for that. And finally, a fifty dollar deposit on the rooms, and better check your cards because four days later I still had the deposit charges and had to call to rectify the situation. I'm not saying I wouldn't stay here again as the price was good, but I would just beware it's not going to be a very basic place to stay.

Need more cleaning

This room was not accessible as it stated and also there was NO hot water and I was overcharged and I’m Fighting to get my money back

Unsafe - a break in during our stay … the room we reserved wasn’t available and we had to accept a downgrade… ant infestation in the bathroom which had a weak floor and was dirty… maintenance loudly fixed a broken bed next door at 10 pm… smokers smoked cigarettes and weed in front of our non-smoking room throughout our stay

Hotel is being converted from a residence to a hotel so only some rooms are available. Our king room with the kitchenette did not come with any utensils plates, cups, glasses, etc. But the manager gave us a set of dishes, glasses, utensils, and pots that usually go with a queen deluxe room. Wi-Fi did not work in our section of the hotel and it was not going to be fixed till the next day so it was not available for our stay. Bathrooms need to be totally renovated, but the main room and kitchen was good.

Quiet room. Has kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed. Ok for cleanliness.

It was very convenient. It was close by, but it was very noisy and dirty.

One complaint was our inability to be given a ground floor room in this building. We are in our 80's and there was no elevator. It was hard to carry our stuff up the stairs. The next day the manager explained that we had bought a category of room that was restricted to the upstairs and suggested that in future we explicitly request ground floor accommodations. In addition we were not provided with bath or dish soap, cloths to wash and wipe the dishes, or sufficient utensils. On the plus side the view of the mountains was superb and we were able to make our own breakfast. We would stay here again.

This was one of the most comfortable hotels me and my family have stayed at. The employees were very nice and professional. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommend.

Customer service was incredible! I had a terrible week, but the kindness I received upon check-in gave me hope!

The room ws large and nice updated appliances full sized fridg, big bathroom. All new renovation, althoigh poorly done. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and perfect for what I needed when traveling for work

I absolutely love this place and the staff every time I have been here it’s like they roll the red carpet.

Had to switch rooms due to cockroaches crawling out of the dishwasher. Other than that it looked and smelled clean. Beds were terrible! Like a cheap memory foam. Employees were very kind and friendly. Probably won’t be going back.

Nothing like the pictures I saw on line. New owners, needs a lot of repairs.. The housekeeper didn't clean or change the beds, no towels washcloths. No hot water... number things wrong. I did a lot of complaining...

Great location and rooms in surprisingly good condition, fair price. Clean bathrooms, everything within the room was in working order, nothing broken. Everything was clean and neat. Only complaint was the bedding needed an update as the mattress cover was nonexistent and I had to sleep on an extra sheet so I wouldnt have to sleep on the bare mattress itself.

It was a nice stay quit place very decent for the price and even breakfast the staff was very nice have no real complaints

the ladies at the front desk were both very nice. check in was quick and easy. the room(s) were much more than I expected! !! a full kitchen and plenty of walking around space. magnificent floor plan. simply amazing. the location put us right where we needed to be. we definitely could and did make ourselves at home.

The rooms are filthy. Run down hotel. Nothing like what the pictures show. Pool not available either. I did not stay there and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

The hotel was surprisingly larger than it appeared to be from the road. The rooms were nice and spacious, they had a TV in each room (although, one would not play in English, so we had to use the others), the full kitchen worked great :no complaints there. I did not like the stairs and that the ice machine did not work. The hot water was also not working, so the lady at the front desk said she would get someone to fix it and was kind enough to let us use the shower in other rooms, The rooms were clean and I like how pretty the towels were set up in the bathroom. It may have had a few problems but over all we really liked staying there.

The room was dirty with hair and dirt all over bathroom floor on our arrival. No bath size towels to dry off with. They had them but you had to complain to get them. Towels were all stained and dirty looking. One bed was so close to the side wall that you could barely squeeze by to hang up your clothes. Staff was friendly. One little housekeeper did an excellent job.

This hotel was bottom of the line, TV from back in the 80s with no clear picture, hard mattresses people living there, all bad . Continental breakfast was a joke.
