The stay was horrible pit smoke all o er the halls seeping into rooms the elevator was down and they stuck us on the 4th floor we left early because of it

The tv didn’t work called the front desk. Lady came up worked on it for 10 minutes said I don’t know what’s wrong with it and I don’t have any rooms to switch you too. Sorry. There’s a hole in the door. Elevator didn’t work. We ended up leaving!! It was a horrible experience!

No comfortor or blanket of any kind. One pillow. Had not been swept since at least the last occupant. Very little water pressure in the shower. Non smoking room with burns in countertop. Couldn't check out with a clerk as there is no clerk before 9am.

It's a little inconvenient if you check in late. The phone that is supposed to be used to call the front desk attendant is well... different. I called the 800 number so they could get a hold of the lady. She was clearly asleep which is fine at 11PM, but the whole 20 minutes waiting for her to come downstairs was a little much but I understand

The room is clean, and has a full refrigerator and stove.

The room was very dated. It looked like someone had tried to pry open the door to the room at some point.Once I was inside there was a gap between the door and the door frame. I could see the hallway from inside my room with the door closed. I had to keep the bathroom fan on all night, when it was off it kept making a loud clunking noise. The heater/ac was very noisy and also made a clunking noise when it turned off and on. I could hear conversations from other rooms, there’s not a lot of insulation between rooms. There was trash in the wastebasket from the previous guests.

Staff was very helpful and rooms was very clean would definitely recommend the deposit was a little high but it was worth it to have a nice place to stay and they have kitchens in the rooms so that’s always a plus

Dirty hotel

Horrible place to stay. Booked an 8 night stay but stayed only 1 night. Thats how bad it was. Was refused any type of refund by hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND! You get what you paid for. P.S. thanks hotel.com for trying to get me a refund. Grateful for you 25.00 dollar credit to my account.

Absolutely DISGUSTING hotel and manager Steve Allen. My husbands room was dirty! Dirty bed with used sheets, PEE IN THE TOILET, towels on the floor, trash not taken out! Clearly a dirty and used room yet the manger refuses to give a refund for it. He just wants to take the money and screw over people. He was extremely rude and unprofessional when I spoke with him and when I contacted Expedia about it and they called him he also hung up the phone on them. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Whatever his response will be to this review just know that I already called them 3 times about it and they still refuse the refund. SICK PEOPLE! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Read the reviews! This hotel is dirty!!!

Electricity went out

Whole place reeked of cigarette smoke, and - no joke - the bedspread had been tagged, like a grafitti tag on the wall.

The worse hotel I got a non smoking room and it smelled horrible can’t even sleep good bathroom door didn’t even close or lock.

Expedia showed 2 beds; entire property is limited one double bed. Period. No rollaway, no couches. Desk clerk took 25 minutes to check us in, despite prepaid two-days reservation. After one day, desk clerk voided our keys. Time-consuming to get that resolved. This may be a good extended-stay hotel for some, but definitely not for someone who's had surgery at an out-of-town hospital and needs rest before traveling home.

There seems to be a lot of smokers in the motel. The odor of cigarette smoke would fill the 2nd floor hallway occasionally, especially in the evenings.

I arrived around 7:30 or 8 pm and the office was closed. I had to use a phone on the wall and then wait 15 minutes for someone to come help me. When I got to my room, there was drunk guy laying on the hallway floor, my TV did not work, and it was musty. I went down and checked out. there has been NO REFUND ISSUED BY HOTELS.COM because they can't reach the hotel. I may never use Hotels.com again, let alone stay at Woodspring.

Great place to stay. Staff is very kind rooms clean comes with the kitchen and very convenient and I would definitely come back here if I needed to.

Very noisy. People were hanging out in the hall from midnight till 4am. Shouting, slamming doors, playing music. No one works at the hotel during the night to address any issues. When I went to check out after not sleeping, I get told by a long term guest the office doesn’t open until 10:30am. I know it was an old, very minimal hotel. Did not expect the party all night in the hallway.

We did not stay here! We booked this hotel online and when we arrived at 2am, we were told by the night manager, Cheryl, that she had no rooms available. I told her we had a reservation, and she literally said "What do you want me to do - I have no rooms" and slammed the door in our face. We had been driving for hours from Chicago to St. Louis and then through Topeka on our way to Denver. Due to this, we had to keep driving for another 1-1/2 hours to find a hotel in Salina, KS. As we were walking away, a man in the parking lot said he had just checked the hotel availability and there were still rooms. He said that "Cheryl" had recently been brought back after being fired for this same reason previously. Honestly it was a blessing in disguise! This hotel is FILTHY and run down, and I am thankful we did not have to stay here. There was a group of very sketchy people in the parking lot as we walked in and I did not feel safe.

4 had been slept the toilet was disgusting and there was shaving scum in the sink

Did not like after riding motorcycle in blistering heat there was no staff at the office desk to check us in, door locked and no access to a cool lounge or waiting area. This was around 3pm and it was 2 hours before we were able to check in. Rediculous, then the toilet in the room plugged and the staff member that was at the desk was much less than helpful saying she would try to round up a plunger and never did nor did she offer to call up maintainance staff to assist with the restricted plumbing.....not a place I will stay at again. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the a/c did work.

The laundry room was awful. Most of the washing machines weren't working. Also, i put my money in the dryer and it ran for an hour, and didn't dry my clothes.

Condition of the room was bad. Shower had bad water pressure because the shut off valve was leaking bad. Bed had springs poking up it had no padding on it. Worse place I have ever stayed at!!!

I enjoyed kitchen

First there was no one to check us in the hotel. We had to wait over 30 mins for someone to show up to let us in. After we finally got keys We went to get stuff out of the car and someone told us that we should not stay there as it was a known drug hotel. We got on the elevator which smelled like pot. The hallways smelled even worse and if you can believe it the room was worse than that. One of the people in my party has asthma and was struggling to breathe worse than the rest of us.. We went downstairs to request a cancellation and the lady was gone. We packed our things and went to find another place to stay. This was the worst possible experience. We didn’t feel safe there, I would have felt safer in my car.
