Loved staying in the villa! We came for an off season visit, and it was the perfect location to soak in the fall views. Close to lots of restaurants and hikes. Villa was amazing layout for our family with plenty of space. Loved having access to the Avon Center and the pool that has water slides, lazy river, and diving board. Definitely will come back!

The room was beautiful and clean. The only thing we were disappointed in was the pool. It’s in the recreation center so you are at the mercy of their hours. We walked all the way over there because the front said it was open till ten...it wasn’t. I called to ask about it and no one answered or returned my voice mail. The rooms have no AC.

Disappointed at Hotel’s lack of responsiveness. On Monday, July 15, we spent one night at the Sheraton Lakeside Terraces. The hotel annex buildings, essentially condos, were old but very clean and our unit was comfortable even without air conditioning. No a/c is relatively standard in the Colorado mountains in older hotels and other housing; that was not an issue for us. What is substandard is that we accidentally forgot to repack an important orthopedic pillow, leaving it on the king bed. Part of the responsibilities expected of hotel chains — particularly a major chain like Sheraton - is immediate identification and a system to recover and safeguard the personal property of guests at a given property. On Tuesday morning, July 16th, after checkout, we realized that we had forgotten the pillow along with 6 chocolate bars, and immediately called the hotel to report the missing items. As we were beginning a wilderness horseback trip for the next 4 days, we expected that notification to the hotel front desk would take care of the issue and that our property would be promptly placed in the hotel’s Lost & Found for our pickup on the 19th. Instead, after two calls on the 19th with a helpful and responsive Guest Services employee, we learned that neither the pillow nor the other items had been turned in and that there was no record of our call or the missing pillow. This is simply unacceptable. Stealing a pillow is theft. Will no longer stay at Sheraton hotels.

Beautiful accommodations. Very comfortable. Well-appointed and right next to the lake. Easy walk to shops, grocery, rentals, ice cream. Activities available (for extra cost). Best perk is free entry to Avon Rec Center which has an amazing pool and exercise floor.

Excellent late season value! Nice condo with mountain views, 3 large beds, kitchen living room fireplace. Highly recommend if you like Beaver Creek.

This was a great spot for 2 families to stay- Avon is a cute little town and so convenient for a ski weekend in Vail and Beaver Creek. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make all of our meals, and the rec facility across the street was top notch.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom villa. Very spacious, wonderful location...close to a park for the kids and great restaurants within walking distance. Could see some wear in the property, but overall it was comfortable. The only negatives were no air conditioning (cool mornings and hot afternoons) and lots of bugs/mosquito’s on the deck. We had a small problem with our keys and it was resolved quickly. We would most definitely stay here again!

Love this place and the free Rec Center access too! The only minor knock is the lack of A/C, so you have to be diligent in opening up the place and cooling it off with fans.

We would stay here again. Overall, it is a lovely place. Only downside was it was a bit noisy outside. No AC in many mountain condos; just leave the windows open at night. However, quite a fantastic playground outside our windows which families took advantage of until rather late. It may be quieter during the week, but was a bit noisy on the weekend. But overall, fantastic property and beautifully furnished.

Beautifully renovated unit; would definitely choose again when I could enjoy w my family! I booked during the work week for myself while working in the area on business... very pleased!

Very nice place. Would stay again. Have a family of five. Hotels are to small for us and we don't always have the money for another room.

Since there is no free cleaning/linen service, YOU have to find a way to dispose of or live with your trash. The hotel does not even offer a dumpster you can use! Very inconvenient with a baby and small children.

My husband and his best friend stayed here for their snowboarding trip. They said that everything was superb! The room was super clean and had every amenity they could ask for and more! The beds were super comfortable, and they were close to everything they needed. The bathrooms were super clean and had great bath products and linens. There were grear TVs in all the rooms. The deck was super cool and had a wonderful view of the mountains and the snow. They were super happy with their entire experience & would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing getaway!

A beautiful Villa and an unexpected surprise. Much more spacious than we had thought it would be --- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (very spacious Master bath), large eating area, 2 living rooms, laundry room, covered porch AND covered garage parking underneath the units. It was raining when we arrived and unloading was a breeze as we never had to go outside. Use of the rec center is included which has an entire workout facility and several enclosed pools. It's located in Vail Village which is a gondola ride away from Beaver Creek and only a 15 min drive to Vail. Yet the village has many amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the room. We booked the room instead of paying $300 for a regular room at the Westin. We had a 2 bedroom villa with 2 fireplaces, 3 flatscreen TV's, 2 whirlpool tubs, full kitchen, 2 sofa sleepers, patio with gas grill, etc., etc. Also had indoor underground parking. Room had nice amenities, including Starbucks coffee.

We unfortunately only stayed one night at this Villa. The "room" we stayed in was probably bigger than our house! Having two different rooms and another almost side room, each of my kids had their own rooms. It was great having a full kitchen! The balcony had a bbq and was big enough for a table and four chairs. The very large bathroom really spoiled us! My only complaint was that we were given a card to trade for a free gift from the concierge....I waited over ten minutes to talk to the concierge, she was planning I think the whole weekend with another woman and never even acknowledged that I was standing there. I left a little irritated. I think that good customer service should always include taking note of other people there.

Our family of 5 stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was amazing! Two fireplaces, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and separate reading area. It was very well decorated and had all the things you could need. It also included parking in a garage and access to some of the activities offered by the Sheraton Hotel it is associated with. The property is within easy walking distance of the river, which is beautiful, and has a lake on it. We also walked to shopping and restaurants. In the off-season you can get these rooms for a very reasonable rate. We had a great time, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
