Was a great stay. Just my wife and I celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff there were great and super nice. Room was clean and beautiful. Would stay there again if we go back to Cape May.

It was ok! the new suites are supplied with all things modern with a Victorian touch. I 💯 understand & sympathise with the fact that taking care of a Victorian mansion takes a lot of $$$$ hard work and dedication and the prices won’t be enough to cover the costs BUT for guests who are coming for R&R at a B&B want the extra TLC package for the price they are paying - the 24/7 heated pool was a great touch and private parking was a plus. Price of the place was same level as the rest of the high end/ocean-view hotels SO perhaps a daily wipe of the bathroom sinks/toilet and floors and placement of toiletries daily was not much to ask - having a stand or a place to place swimsuits so they could dry before the next day would be a thought as it is a beach town after all..Too many rules using jacuzzi and too many signs of violating properties guests will be fined.. Breakfasts were served but after staying >2 days became monotonous, egg & sausage daily. Fruit cups were a nice Victorian touch. Few juices other than orange would be nice for a B&B so guests feel more welcomed. the muffins in plastic wraps were a turn off and gave the do not touch vibe. Small changes can help the place, a stand saying what’s the menu that morning and let guests with dietary restrictions OR not read and know their choices. Coffee was available 24/7 and some days a small dessert was available to munch on before or after lunch/dinner which was a nice touch…
Definitely an adult only low key quiet hotel.

Breakfast provided, French Toast & Quiche delicious! Everything clean-no exceptions! In-room fireplace is warm and jacuzzi is soothing and relaxing and everything works!! All common areas, including the indoor pool, are inviting and pleasant! We had a wonderful stay and will make a point of returning in 2024.

If you want to be able to relax, enjoy a tasty breakfast, have friendly service and have the Washington Mall and the Beach be within in short walk/bike ride I would definitely recommend the Wilbraham. The indoor pool is nice and the grounds in general are very well kept! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and my girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were nice as well, clean, comfortable and spacious.

Got to the Inn around 6pm and no one was at the check in desk. It took a while to find the envelop with the room key. Would have been helpful to get a text about the key location.

Understand this is a historic house and rooms are cramped, musky smelling and the floors are slanted and creaky. There are no convenient outlets next to the bed and the bed itself was terribly uncomfortable. Window unit and dehumidifier did not improve the air quality and were very loud. Hopefully they just assigned us a very bad room?
Property is beautiful and the staff was lovely but I will not return!

The room decor was large and delightful. The house had charming decor. The owner was friendly and helpful concerning events and dining suggestions in the area. Very convenient walk to town. The pool was warm and clean.
The soap etc. in the room was cheap and meager. The breakfast was on paper plates and a tray. Not very good and certainly disappointing. Should have gone to McDonalds.

This was a lovely, immaculate and warm bed and breakfast with a kind and friendly staff. We stayed in the suite building right next to the mansion. While the building itself is modern, the room stayed true to the Victorian look and charm. Again, this facility was immaculate, including the spacious, well appointed bathroom that had an incredible Jacuzzi tub. This was a very good value that allowed for a one night stay.

Lovely historic B&B with good service, great food, a heated indoor pool (that we used several times) and great location within walking distance of the beach and Washington street.

On the plus side this property was very quiet, parking was easy and free, and its location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Right across the street from an amazing coffee and bakery place. On the downside, the property was very run down. Elevator was scary slow, wall to wall carpeting felt very stiff (but seemed clean), exterior doors were not locked, and the jacuzzi was not working. When I mentioned that, I was told that the fact that it was not working was disclosed in my email confirmation. That turned out to be true and I had not noticed. However, the confirmation happened after I booked and paid in full with no refund. I'm sure it did not say "not working" in the room description. There was a hole right through it. I booked three months ago, which means it's been broken for a long time. Also there was a note saying not to turn the AC down below 68 or the coils will freeze. These are just two examples--three if you count the fact that the exterior doors don't lock, and four if you include the very uncomfortable mattress with thick, wrinkled plastic waterproofing--of the run down condition of the entire property. However, it was very quiet. We did not try the breakfast, but other guests seemed to enjoy it.

This place is a rare find and perfectly tailored to our vacationing style. We loved the indoor heated pool, and the breakfasts were delicious (they bring it to you room door if you like). The location is walkable to the beach and they have bikes and beach chair to take freely. Extra mention of the jacuzzi style bathtub! All in all an amazing 7 days.

First time stay. Grateful that they were able to have my room ready for early check in. Joann was clearly short staffed but did everything she could to get me checked in and on my way quickly.
Breakfast was okay, not great. My room (#2) was clean and big enough for 1. Bathroom needed some TLC. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Location is nice, close to beach and Washington Street. Very friendly staff. The place offers free bikes and beach chairs. And it has 24/7 indoor swimming pool. The breakfast is also delicious.

Wonder stay. Great restaurants a few minutes walk and the beach close by too. An afternoon at the beach then a dip in the warm pool was just what we needed. Everyone is friendly and welcoming
