Good stay, good hotel. The only draw backs ,(not necessarily hotels fault) were loud people walking through the hallway and noise from the parking lot outside.

This was a two night stay and on the second night the TV in the bedroom for some reason quit working the attendant was unable to fix it but did generously move me to another room free of charge. Would definitely stay there again

Staff are always welcoming! Hotel is always clean, rooms are clean, kept up to date and beds are comfy! Breakfast is always really good. We are a UNC family who has stayed before and will stay again!

Our room was absolutely perfect and SO clean. The lobby and dining area were immaculate. The workout room was small but had a good variety of equipment and weights. Our only disappointment was that the jets in the hot tub weren’t operating.

This is my new go to when staying in Greeley. Clean, friendly and comfortable! Love the pool and hot tub and out door fire pit! Only complaint is bed is a little too hard for me!

Place was very nice! Friendly, clean and updated. Bed and pillows comfortable. Only thing not up to my expectations was thin walls. We could hear everything in the hallway. Ill be back!

We chose the Hampton Inn to especially use the pool and have breakfast each day. The pool was closed due to damage by previous hotel guests. We thought the food wasn’t very good quality. It was made well but didn’t taste good. In the second day of our stay, there was a rugby team there. The coach told the front desk they would need more food but that wasn’t relayed to the lady making it. We weren’t able to get breakfast because she had to make more. We couldn’t wait.

Upon check-in our host at the counter went beyond to correct a problem with our stay!! Expectional employee with exceptional patience!!! Hotel was clean and newer. Rooms are twice the size of standard king. Breakfast was amazing 👏 Great restaurants and WalMart withing walking distance.

We reserved a room with two queen beds because we had four people. We got a king with a pull out couch. The couch was very uncomfortable and caused back problems foe those that slept on it. We asked for what we had reserved and they said they were booked all weekend. Regardless we ordered a room with two queens and dis not get it. We were also not notified they disnt have it. They gave the room to someone else which is wrong because we reserved that room for a specific reason.

Paid for a king suite and they gave me a standard queen. Very frustrating. Basically they sold it twice, and said I’d have to get my money back from Travelocity. Guessing they do this regularly and then just capture the money themselves. The manager blamed Travelocity.
