Beautiful spot to stay. Lovely staff, rooms are spacious, clean and today. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant is well equipped and continental breakfast is varied.

Loved the open space room - nicely decorated but not cleaned properly.. and adjoining door in room - could hear everything from the person next door.. creepy!

Amazing weather and location of the resort. The price is a little high for what it is however I assume its to ensure ts differentiated from the other places.

No house keeping. Someone did come but didn’t vacuum. Only lightly cleaned the bathroom. No cutlery in the room , noisy. Breakfast was over priced and the rubbish. Over cooked and dry. Breakfast staff were rude. The male. Whole place was dirty and over priced. Mudgee is a dump.

Paid $800 for 2 nights for a room with a hard uncomfortable bed and a terrible fold up bed. Very overpriced considering yoi can stay in a 4 to 5 star hotel in major capital cities for same or less price. Would never stay here again.

The rooms have been updated a little, the curtains are years old and the sunlight comes through.
The bathroom was grubby and the shower had mildew on the tiles which I cleaned myself to be able to use it.
There was tampon wrappers in the toilet brush canister.
House keeping did not refill the coffee sachets of a day.
Not a good experience and wouldn’t want to stay there again.
I visit Mudgee often!

Big rooms, nicely furnished. Give breakfast a miss, @ $30 per person you’d get much better in the town. Cold cardboard bacon, long waits to replenish food.

We had a most comfortable stay at the Parklands Resort. Newly renovated room and bathroom with the most incredible rain shower! Was perfect after being out in the cold winter winds for the afternoon. Very clean and tidy with home comforts. We will be back!

The room was well fitted out with plenty of hot water.
They had staff shortages so our room was not cleaned or replenished with what we had used from the mini bar.
As they had a function on on Saturday night the dining room was closed, the only way we found that out was by going past to book a table. Not many places in Mudgee deliver.
The Aircon next to our room was VERY noisy.
We will try out this place again in December and hopefully all will be as expected for over $300.00 a night.

Had some concerns with bad reviews, despite being here before. Glad we came. Small problem with neighbour with air on on all night. 2am knock on the door fixed it!!

Very dog friendly, every staff member went above and beyond to make ourselves and our dog welcome.
Kat on the breakfast crew was extremely kind to our dog, even made her a pup a chino !

Short family holiday in Mudgee (3 adults). Good hotel amenities and parking. Dining options available. Excellent staff service. Generous room size. Would have preferred to have a two bed option that didn't include a pull out sofa bed.

This was a really great property to stay at with our dog. It was clean and simple and about 20 mins walk back into town.

I enjoy the convenience to shops etc and the township of Mudgee.
The cow hide rug on the floor was a trip hazard especially for older people, and there was no phone in the room to make contact with the front desk. The restaurant wasn't open on either Saturday or Sunday night. Quite disappointing.
