Gorgeous space, well laid out, many amenities! Also quiet, easy to park, and our room was very spacious. The stairs are a little scary, but totally expected for the house style and age. Lots of care taken—best B&B we’ve stayed with.

We stayed for one night in October, 2024, as an overnight stop on a longer trip. Loved the place! We plan to go back. Enjoyed the sitting room, it was like going back in time. Our three course breakfast was fantastic and we got to sit with four other delightful and amusing couples. Lots of dinner options locally, wineries, beautiful lake. We want to go back sometime for another stay and to visit local Sonnenburg Gardens.

Exceptional stay here. Great location, only minutes from Canandaigua lake and center of town. Rooms are clean and quiet, with every possible amenity and snacks. The breakfast is amazing, unlike anywhere else that I’ve been.
I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The b & b was so cozy and the breakfast each morning was great. It was a short drive into the town. They also had a great little trail with beatiful wildflowers lining the property that you could walk in. They provided so many amenities that I wasn't expecting such as coffee, tea, fresh baked goods, snacks in the room, fridge full of drink options, toiletries, etc. If you like b&bs this one is a must stay!

This is a gorgeous small boutique Victorian inn offering a sit down four course gastronomic breakfast to all the guests at 9:00 o’clock sharp.
One of a kind. We met extremely interesting folks both days we were staying, and the chef and her helper were extremely cordial and welcoming.
Highly recommended staying there if you have the opportunity! Made you feel like family.

Really nice BnB. The room was large and clean. We stayed in the Parker suite. Large jacuzzi tub in the center room. The breakfasts were excellent 4 course meals. I’d like the coffee to be stronger but that’s a personal preference. This is a nice location. Don’t worry about not staying in town or on the water front because either of these are easily accessible by car and the town and waterfront do not meet each other geographically, so you’ll need transportation either way.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic Victorian inn, which has been upgraded to include every modern convenience while maintaining its charm. Complimentary snacks, soft drinks, coffee & tea were available at all times. And the freshly made gourmet breakfast was amazing!

The room, breakfast and decor were amazing. It was nice to have the ice, books, games and movies available. The breakfasts were extraordinary! The shower head might need to be changed out, it felt like needles because it came out unevenly. However, the jacuzzi was very relaxing. The ceiling fan kept the room comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace. It would have been nice if they had replaced the cookies and muffins for our second night, but they were nice when we arrived. Thank you.

This bed and breakfast was beautiful and spacious. The owners were fabulous. It was easy to check in and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was 5 star!! Far and away the best breakfast I’ve ever had! I’d definitely recommend it and hope to get this way again!

A delightful two day visit at an elegant and romantic restored Victorian mansion. The utilities were modern and convenient but the decor and furnishings provided the historical elegance of the Victorian Golden Age. I would definitely book again during any future visit to Canandaigua!

I couldn’t recommend coming here enough. We had an amazing stay everything was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast the next day was phenomenal and the portions are more than enough.

A lovely home with beautiful grounds, lovingly maintained and spotless. Decoration definitely has that Victorian feel. We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home with many amenities. Breakfast was exceptional!
