Staff was very nice.

I had a suite, the sofa bed when opened blocked the path of those needing to use the restroom. So we did not pull out the sofa bed and the person slept on the couch.

Really enjoyed my stay!

Very clean and the staff were great - especially Hope and the woman in the breakfast room, who both went above and beyond. The hotel was clean but our room was shabby at best - torn vinyl flooring, missing baseboards, cracked tiles in the shower. Definitely due for a facelift.

We had a terrible time trying to check in. There was no reservation under our or my name. Tried to contact expedia to confirn. No contact. The gentleman was so patient while i struggled to get ahold of expedia. Next time I'll deal with the hotel's system Tha k you

I like that it's convenient and within driving distance to San Diego and Hemet. The bed is soft and comfortable, quiet room at the end corner. Interior is a bit dated, holes near the headboard, air conditioner unit is dirty and full of dust, shower faucet not working well, more water wasted than going to the shower head.

You get what you pay for.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I stayed here 3 nights for a family wine tasting get away. Booked 2 double queen rooms through Expedia, which falsely rated this place in the 8 range as very good. I thought the Marriott Bonvoy brand would provide a decent reputable quality experience but instead it was a poorly negative one. First night after check in, was unable to use the bathroom sink because the counter top was dirty and the pipe below the sink was broken and poured water onto the floor. The desk clerk was very apologetic and changed our room to king bed suite. That room had a horrible mildew smell and the mattress felt over 20 years old, lumpy all over with no support, just sunk in the middle. The next day, got into a different double queen room which had a better mattress but the TV was not working, which they later fixed. One of the two light fixtures in the bathroom did not work. The air conditioner in the the other queen room my kids stayed in was broke and they didn’t fix it. Thank goodness it wasn’t that hot of a weekend. Someone smoked marijuana in the next room which stunk badly. Pool: appears neglected, stained, unsafe and beach towels looked like worn old hand towels. Carpet in the hallways: were soiled and not vacuumed. Elevator: slow and small Stairwells: dirty, smelled horrible Overall: Dated hotel that does not maintain their facilities and apparently housekeeping and maintenance staff do not communicate.

The staff was kind and friendly. Property was as expected. Hotels.com is the worst booking website there is... they made the weekend terrible. We had to change to this hotel from another in the area and hotels.com lost my business forever. But this has nothing to do with this particular hotel. They were nice.

Great property with the exclusion of the room next door partying until 4am! I guess you get that in hotels, thin walls but we loved the staff and would definitely come back again.

The rooms were dated, the pool and jacuzzi were closed. Staff was great.

The heating and cooling system said with a typed message on the thermostat to use the floor unit to adjust room temperature. The floor unit was broken with no controls. It was cold sitting in front of it to use the internet. Not what I was expecting.

The staff is very nice and considerate. The lady that works the breakfast is extremely helpful and very friendly. The room is clean, but definitely small.

Typical Marriott no bells or whistle but we always stay at one with jacuzzi and theirs was closed for the winter yet never stated on their website or Hotels website. That was the only disappointment. Other than that all was good.

The room we where first given the first thing we did was check the bed and to our surprise we found a large stein on the sheet in the middle of the bed with a hair, that was gross, good thing we checked before laying on it, they did give us a different room wich was very clean

Clean & comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good - loved the fresh oatmeal and all the condiments for it. Nice staff. Close to what we were doing there.

Positives: warm staff interactions and attentive to customers. Room rates and deposit requirements are OK. NEGATIVES: upon arrival at my room, the sink had black tar-looking particles, the bed linens smelled funky, the door was too tight to close without extreme cranking sound and hard effort to shut—otherwise it will not be totally closed and locked. The TV’s remote doesn’t not function well. The rooms could need upgrade.
