It was an amazing vacation from time to check in to the check out. Great view close to beaches clean quiet and friendly.

Old and neglected

A/C unit did not work. Had to check out and moved to another hotel. Were able to get same rate at another Marriott hotel.

My room had a water leak that covered my only bed. I was transferred to another room at midnight. I asked for NO ROOM SERVICE, but they STILL ENTERED MY ROOM while my valuables and personal effects were on the desk in the room. The WiFI did NOT work and the morning front desk agent stated that no one else is having problems except me. They connected to Support, and after they verified my information, they started asking personal questions; when I asked why they need my personal information, they hung up on me. I asked for a late check out at 1:00 p.m., they CHARGED me for an extra day because I was late! Their team members hide in the stairwell and get on their phone and they tell you that they don't have anyone to help. The Elevator buttons do NOT work except when you are on the Lobby floor. To call the elevator to your floor, you have to contact the front desk and they will need to send it to you! The only professional is Egricelda (Thank You)

The room cost 480$ for two night stay. The furniture was very “worn” and dated. Hotel was quite average. But for 480$ I would at least expect them to have a maid service that made the bed, emptied trash, picked up/ replaced the used wash clothes, replaced the paper coffee cups and provided another packet of coffee

Had a leak in the room from the AC unit that we didn't realize was soaking the carpet and bags that was in that area. Rooms and staff was nice other than the pot smokers. We was unable to go out and enjoy the balcony because of the pot smokers stinking up the outside and leaving the door open just filled the room with the odor.

The hotel itself was lovely, very spacious rooms. The hotel was clean and the breakfast great. However, the area around the hotel was sketchy.

I really had a great time and will visit again.

I liked the comfortable bed. Also breakfast had ample choices. Front desk was always happy and accommodating. It’s an older property and could use a refresh. Hotel prices in city are inflated but it’s Summertime. Overall this property was adequate.

The property seems old and run down. The rooms even seems like they were dingy and falling apart. For what i paid it was co.fortable enough but i should have staued in a newer place.

The staff was beyond wonderful and accomodating for my son and I. The facilty is but the shower had low pressure and the workout room was more like a workout closet. However overall a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.

The fridge in our room didn’t work, and the ice makers didn’t work. Everything else was fine

Layout and color of rooms looks dated. AC noisy at night. Breakfast area is good. Staffs are nice.

We stayed here before our cruise. Friendly staff, close to restaurants, and very close to the cruise port.

Everythig was amazing the only con was was that our room was next to the breakfast prep room and we were up since 510am
