Staff will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. One issue was the plug outlet, there was only one in the room and it was above the closet

Basic but clean, safe, comfortable, functional hotel accessible by public transport, cheerfully helpful staff (not always the case in parts of France if one speaks only English), car parking, extremely well located to beach, shops, eateries, nature, etc. - a great location. Proximity to all other attractive sites along Cote D’Azur. Wifi didnt work at room, only at lobby only downside. We felt

Very out of date or never refurbished hotel yet , poor front desk service ( expected night shift man ),swimming pool really damage with dirty water ( not owning , shared with all each other’s apartments in whole residence) ridiculous breakfast prices, 9 euro per person, underground car parking with very limited space , room cleaner has arrived first time after two days, room doors has been very noisy when opening, balcony doors not fully secured, no fridge , kettle or even glass in room ,air con very noisy too , bed very uncomfortable, room generally dark and with very dated furniture, only few basic tv channels , very poor WiFi signal.

It's very ordinary. The place is too far from Monte Carlo

Rooms not bigger than a closet; bathroom coming apart, pool is not even part of the hotel, but on a building next door and you have to walk on the street to get there with a token from the hotel. Breakfast buffet is not worth the money.

The room was so tight I injured my leg by scraping skin along my shin, trying to get around the beds. There are no outlets in the room with the exception of one above a closet which has to be shared between the tv and the table lamp! There is not even a shaving outlet in the bathroom.

Good location, near the free beach. Comfort is youth-hostel style, very minimal. One tiny table, no night stands or anything. Bathroom would not accommodate large people. Beds were soft. A/C worked well though. Underground parking is challenging with tight corners, easy to scratch a car, so good for very small cars.

We just spent one night here and it was a perfect crash pad. Easy dealing with the front desk, and paying. Parking is tight because we had a long sedan, but it was free and secure!Nice boardwalk to stroll on the beach and a wonderful bakery very close to the hotel for morning coffee and breakfast.

Lovely hotel close to the beach. Clean airy rooms. Friendly helpful staff that go out of their way to help you.

Danish modern furniture made the small room feel cramped, but it got the job done, and the staff were helpful.

The hotel is part of an apartment complex and has a small reception but with two very helpful ladies. I got a spot in the underground parking, which takes a small manoeuvre to get into. The room itself was a bit smallish but good enough for 1 or 2 nights and very clean. I didn't hear the neighbours or noise from the street. The hotel is near the sea and you'll find some places to eat nearby. Overall, a good stay and a fair price !

The AC in the room was set at a constant temperature and could not be adjusted. It was VERY HOT every time we returned to the room even if we tried adjusting the thermostat. The room also had only 1 plug in the bathroom and a small hair dryer that does not suffice for a hair dryer. And there was only 1 plug in the entire room! The neighborhood was very much a retired-like vacation spot and the staff was not very friendly. The internet was also limited to only 2 hours of use per room and we had trouble connecting to the wifi. Overall, we would not recommend the hotel and would opt to stay closer to Monte Carlo or the other areas where theres more restaurants and stores to purchase things.

Nice simple clean hotel. Bit out of town but easy when you understand the bus route

Was good only negative bed was too hard clean tho very clean they even clean the balcony breakfast not too bad a little overpriced but convenient found a McDonald's not five minutes away

A little far out of town, but close to train and bus station. Very near ocean and restaurants. The room was okay, but nothing great.

There was only 1 member of staff who was nice to us the rest of them were rude, arrogant, didnt acknowledge our existence and 1 even shouted at us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone due to the revive alone.

Me and my colleague stayed over at this hotel, while visiting the Monaco yacht Show. We stayed for 4 nights and have not had our room cleaned once! Initially we ordered twin room, with 2 separate beds, but when we moved in, we were told only double bed room was available and all the rest of the rooms were taken, so we had to share a bed. Our room was on the ground floor with the windows overlooking the sidewalk of the parking street. Anyone could just walk into our room from the street. When we asked if there was a room, okay, with a double bed, but at least on the different floor, we were told NO. Overall 3/5, just due to proximity to Monaco.

good if you are going for a few days, but it is not a place for planning all your vacations

Hotel was in a good location and room was nice, except the shower curtain didn't reach the ground so the bathroom and bedroom turned into a wet room 2 minutes into a shower.
