It was convenient to the highway and to food options. The pet fee is high though. Twice as much as most.

Halley checked us in. Very friendly, suggested local restaurants. Breakfast had a variety of options and we were greeted by the staff.
Kiley cleaned our room. Excellent job.

We had a minor food spill in our room upon checkout and housekeeping was genuinely nice about helping get it cleaned up. Nice location for a quick stopover. Hotel room was clean & spacious. Beds were good but not great for comfort. Overall it was a good choice and we’d stay there again.

Not a bad place!! But a couple problems we had:
1. Parking is hard to find
2. We needed 2 beds because we had our grands with us, and we are handicapped. So I reserved a handicapped room with 2 beds. When I checked in, I discovered that this hotel doesn’t have any handicapped rooms with 2 beds. If I had known, I would have gone somewhere else.
3. We asked for our room to be cleaned the second day and the front desk called. However, it was never done. Hence, not five stars.

This was a nice clean room with a good air conditioner. The beds were comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was good with plenty of seating and food.

Clean and attentive very happy with the breakfast. Super convenient to restaurants shopping and highway. Definitely would stay again reasonably priced. Pool area small but I don’t use it so no negative for me. Plenty of parking.

Friendly staff! Breakfast starts a little late for those of us who travel early so I didn’t get to check it out. Rooms were clean and fresh.

The staff was great, the room was clean as were the parts of the hotel I saw. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest, but I didn't have any issues during my two night stay.

Desk agent very nice and quick. Room was ok but nothing to write home about. Bed comfortable. The furnishings were old and a little beat. Fine for one night on the road.

A little hard to get to with a semi, not enough room for parking here with a big rig either. The staff was great, place is very clean, bed was comfortable! Would stay here again!

There was no hot water for showering at 7 AM. Had to take a cold shower went down to the office and told the person there was no hot water. She apologized and said, turned it on and off and wait about five minutes to see if it doesn’t come back hot. She said a lot of people are showering at this time and there’s nothing that she could really do. I was quite disappointed and I will not stay at that the Fairfield In again. She told me that since I booked it through Expedia, I would have to talk to them about problem.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are perfect. Very clean, and the dine In experience is great. Breakfast is amazing and it come with the stay. Excellent place to stay!

Hotel was clean and had a nice breakfast. However, our room was not cleaned after our first night and when asked why, the staff behind the front desk stated that they only clean rooms 2x a week. We will not be back.

The room and facility was clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and accomodating. For example, there was no problem giving us a receipt even though we booked through a third party. We room was a little small.
