Stay was just one night, but everything was great. At check-in, Bayen upgraded us to a room with a spa tub. Very nice. Highly recommend.

Just a quick overnight stay with my family but everything was perfect. Kevin at the front desk is fantastic! Like give the man a raise! Room was clean, pool was fun, beds comfortable!

Front desk service was not an easy check in. I had reserved three rooms and paid for in advance. We were not even all put on the same floor.
The pool/hot tub was nasty. The pool chemicals were way too high and it burned to breathe in the area. The pool was also dirty. It was right off the interstate, which is handy, but we also heard road noise all night.
Breakfast was good.

Great, quick stay to enjoy a local festival. Breakfast 2 mornings and one night with dinner and drinks help justify the price, and the food and drink was pretty decent, by and large! (though the meal room activity can be a bit chaotic)
Only one elevator working, so long waits there. We took the stairs often, even tho on the 4th floor.
Sadly the meal services use A LOT of platice and disposable items, so not very eco-friendly at all. That was an unfortunate realization.
Location was great.
Not sure the perks really justify a nearly double price of other places nearby, but we enjoyed the stay.

We work nights and a couple of the staff had a bit of an attitude as if we were a pain for being in late. Not a huge deal the rest of the staff was awesome.

We thought it was great, I would have given it a 5 except for the powdered eggs for breakfast they were not great. Everything else was spot on. Staff at check in and breakfast was super

Great staff, especially the Kickback bartender. She absolutely has the personality for her position. Check-in personnel was also excellent. Checkout was a breeze

Wonderful dinner snack option. Breakfast was goid. Room clean. Pool cared for a lil chilly for us but still ok. Hot tub in good working clean order. Everyone was great!

I liked most of it, pool, breakfast, check in etc. it’s probably too much to ask for a softer pull out couch in the king suite, that was a rough night though!

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean. Meals were great. Complementary drinks are a bonus! We loved everything about this hotel, except for the fact that the hot tub was really dirty. Yes, hot tubs are dirty, but the water was actually brown.

It’s proximity to all attractions in Forest Park. All the locations I visited were within 10 - 15 minutes. Science Center, Zoo and Aquarium. The hotel had bonuses of not just free hot breakfast but also a event of free dinner fare with 3 gratis tickets for adult beverages Quite a pleasant surprise

Appalled to find that the hotel had no maintenance people on duty in the evening. We had a problem with the sink in our bathroom, made three calls to the front desk, could not get even a rough estimate as to when it might be fixed. The room was unusable as it was. Finally went down to talk th the manager. He was responsive to our concerns, moved us to another room, and comped us one night's stay. All of that was very nice....BUT! We still had to pack up all our luggage and accouterments, and schlep to the new room, which was much farther
from the elevator bank than our original room. Since we were staying there in the first place because of my scheduled heart operation at Barnes, and I suffered from terrible shortness of breath, the extra walking was a bummer.
On the other hand, the staff themselves were very nice, and we appreciated the free meals morning and evening.

Staff was very helpful and having a hot breakfast and a welcome reception each day made eating options very convenient. In particular, they do take into account vegetarian options, which is very helpful.

Relatively cheaper, serve breakfast and dinner! But something keeps biting me on the mattress! Not sure if it is a bedbug, but they need to look into the problem. I can give you the room number if you care to know

Breakfasts and happy hours were great to be included in our reservation. Also, staff was very accommodating. Very happy overall.
One star reduction was that the facility could use some updating. Also, carpeting in our room needed shampooing.
