The room is okay. The hot spring is not included, so another option is to stay at another hotel and come here for hot spring. The hot spring is very popular. Bookings are essential.

Very disappointed with service. Upon check in confirmed dinner was available to 7pm. Also happy hour was 5-6. We went to happy hour but bar was closed. Was then informed no happy hour available and in fact no dinner was also available as restaurant was closed. Staff member was rude when we asked about it. Inconvenient we then had to leave the premises to find alternative dinner option

When we checked in, the reception staff were both really lovely and everyone at the day spa and hot springs reception were friendly and helpful.
The day reception weren't friendly and we tried to book the bathe and breakfast deal but we were told to book with the restaurant in the morning but when we went they asked us to book with reception who asked us to book with the bath house when they open at 9am. In the end we didn't bother with the breakfast and only did the bath house session for an hour.

We did the bathe and brekkie package and found there were not enough staff or food and the restaurant had a long wait. The staff were lovely, just not enough of them when everyone was leaving the hot springs at around 9-9:30 which should be expected

Located right near to the beach & breakwater, so can't be faulted for location.
The hotel itself (inside & out) os looking a little dated, however is very clean & well maintained.
The bed was a bit lumpy & pillows not great, but overall, the room was very comfy with all amenities you could want.
I was surprised there was no in-room safe & while I understand it's a safe location, I imagine international travellers & some business travellers would want to be able to lock away their passports or laptops while not in the room.
The buffet breakfast was OK, but nothing special. And for the price, there are plenty of better options nearby or up in the town centre.
Overall, I was happy with my stay here. It felt very safe, was comfortable & quiet and I would stay here again.

Was nice place to stay, we had nice view from our mini balcony.
We liked that it had the heated pools and spa facilities, only down side was the very limited massage availability (staying here was a last minute decision so that didn’t help and we were warned it could happen). Also the prices for sessions in the outdoor thermal pools seemed steep the later in the day you went and we were only there for the night.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would be interested in staying there again next time we visit Warrnambool

Everything was great with minor issues. Would’ve been better if there was Netflix available on the Smart TV. Also, some of the plates in the cupboard had leftover stains. One plate easily broke in the microwave. Front desk service was excellent 10/10.

Nice stay, Clean space, Mini bar had a good selection of snack's, Good selection of pillows an extra blanket ,Small inconvenience was the towels were not the best at drying & left lint all over body but really not a big Issue, Door Tracks need a clean overall nice stay Warrnambool has plenty to do & explore🤗

Our “ocean view” room was actually an “other hotel” view as it was directly facing a hotel that is closer to the ocean. The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the strange mirror/wall/door to the bathroom is terrible. The food was so bland and cheaply made, despite being expensive, and overall the hotel felt like it was relying on proximity to the spa and ocean, rather than delivering a quality experience.
However, I do want to highlight that the staff were all incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, and their service was wonderful. I dearly hope they are all paid legal, award wages.
Ultimately, despite our being mostly visitors to Warrnambool, we will never be staying there again, nor will we be recommending it to any of our friends.

We were quite impressed by the speed with which the staff were removing dirty dishes at the buffet breakfast. We also liked easy access to the sauna, hot springs and the salt room.
What we didn't like were very noisy neighbours in the adjoining room which shared internal doors with ours.

my son and i done a little road trip from Melbourne to warnambool for the nite then hamilton the next day. we absolutely loved deep blue hotel unfortunately my sons arm was in a cast from.a fracture so we didnt swim or do the hot springs but we will be back.next month and i cant wait

Possibly the worst check in I’ve ever had. I arrived around 9pm, went to reception where it was deserted. I ended up walking through the kitchens, reception, staff room, everywhere and couldn’t find anyone..

I had breakfast along the road at the Kisok. They were amazing and delicious food.
I most likely wouldn’t stay there again.
The only good thing was I slept on the top floor and got a great sunset and sunrise.
